      I have $2 charge and Now they keep trying to charge my card $50.00 and i cant find anyone to get ahold of to cancel the subscription.I would like this cancelled and a refund of my money. I didnt sign up for this.

      I would need further information about your subscription in order to find it. I did not find an account with the email provided nor the name. Could you please send us the first six digits of your credit cards and the last four in order to track it and refund?


      We will provide a refund for the charges deducted from the customer's account.

      Date of Transaction: 09/08/23 Amount Paid (Unauthorized): ***** What the business committed to me: Nothing, I am not even sure what the service is.The nature of the dispute: I feel I have been fraudulently charged by this company. I have never provided my credit card information or signed up for their service. I received an email stating I was charged for a subscription. I called the company and the only way they are willing to look up my account was with my credit card number. Once I declined, I provided my email address. Once provided, they hung up on me. The woman could not tell me what the service was either and I stated I did not authorize the charge. I contacted my credit card company and they asked I try to contact the vendor first else they would need to cancel my card immediately. I could not cancel the card as I am traveling to the west coast and they could not guarantee a replacement card in time.

      An add popped up and i thought it was for a different site. It was only q $2 charge and no more. Now they keep trying to charge my card $50.00 and i cant find anyone to get ahold of to cancelthe subscription.

      I Googled Flickr because I wanted to share photos with my family. I clicked on a link to sign up for the Flickr website and a signup page for Vodboxx.com popped up. I assumed Vodboxx owned Flickr so I signed up. I was immediately charged $2.00. The Vodboxx site has a "Membership" page with a Q&A. The second item says that when you sign up for the free version you have to supply your credit card in case you later want the Premium ************ says you will be charged $2 to make sure the credit card is valid. The Membership page says that the $2 will be immediately refunded. So far it has not been refunded. The Membership page says you can cancel membership by going to the Support page, but the link to the support page doesn't work.
