I used to work for this company a few months ago and let me tell you it has fallen completely off. In the beginning during the hiring process they tell you their little jingle about how you can earn extra money for working more than 25 hours. I used to make good money with this company until they switched regional coordinators. I worked for South Carolina High Country for over 4 years. Now there are no hours, BCBA's and RBT's are quitting left to right, there are no hours. They supposedly had an outage. All they did was send us a message and said "Hey keep working with you kiddos!". They do not care about ANY of their employees they are a lie if they say that they do. They have a little ***** system in high country where quantity is valued over quality. THEN when you attempt to leave they defame your name and you never ever hear back from the companies that you applied for because *** will put a bad taste in their mouth about you just to make you stay with the company. I cannot wait to find a better company who really appreciates their employees because this was a nightmare!!!!

This company has been a nightmare to work with! I lost my mother 2 1/2 months ago I explained this to them they let months go by before I reached out to them to see what was happening with my sons services. I was told I didnt reach out in time and he has to be reapproved. But I sent emails, text messages, anything you can think of to get his services started before he returned to school. This whole experience made me not want to try aba resources at all for my son because if they cant get simple basics as communication down how will they be any help for my son?

After over 4 years of services they are blatantly denying services because they don't want to work with my insurance. They told me straight up they take Tricare however we now have CHAMPVA because my husband is a disabled vet and they are refusing to continue services based on a lie that CHAMPVA does not pay them. They blatantly are causing damage to my son based on a discrimination of insurance over a LIE!!!! Do yourself and your children a favor and go somewhere else! They do NOT care about your child you are just another number to them! Absolutely a disgrace!

Constantly changing who worked with our family as nobody works there for more then a month. When you give up you get yet another change after you cancelled three months ago, for nearly $400 even though you kept up with copays online. Plus your online account has been suspended and when you ask for a paper bill another 3 months go by of radio silence before you are contacted again. This is not going to help your family! Only more stress and tears.
