    I failed to appreciate the significance of voice search until Apex Media Solution imparted their wisdom.     It appears this has been resolved per the notes on the account. We had a successful appointment June 13th, 2025 and there is a future scheduled appointment on July 14th, 2025.

    Likely a company that will be changing their name soon. Did nothing for months beyond put a website together (that I paid for) and remains unwilling to provide full access to my domain and website so I basically am stuck with them. With ****** business profile they had changeover every month and literally missed meetings so I had no idea what they were doing (paying for nothing basically). Then, they are charging me a couple hundred bucks for "SEO" and literally not reporting any activity. Worse, even before they completed my website they started charging for this service and I'm like my website isn't even done yet. ************ so I'm reporting them. Don't fall for it.

    I signed up for this program for my company. I was scheduled for an onboarding call with Robert *********. He was extremely rude. Because I am exhausted due to cleaning a home for 6 hours, I was short in the discussion, but not rude. He then proceeded to ask me why I have an attitude. I am still at the client's house. This is a move-out deep clean. I believe I am entitled to a break. He came off as a ******** *******. I said can you please tell me your name again and he hung up the phone on me. I called back, and the woman who answered refused to tell me his name. If she is transferring calls, wouldn't you think she would know who she is transferring the phone to? I do not want to give my money to a company that treats its paying customers like that. They will not refund the money. I had them cancel my monthly subscription.
