To Whom It May Concern,I am submitting this formal complaint against ************************** regarding their refusal to honor the terms of our signed agreement dated 02/21/******* the owner of *******************, I entered into a ***************** Agreement with Apex Media Solutions LLC. Per the written agreement, the contract clearly states:> Client may cancel monthly service anytime by emailing to ****************************************** calling ************** or mailing to Apex Media Solutions LLC at ***************************************Nowhere in the contract is there any clause requiring a full buyout, early termination fee, or restriction on cancellation. Despite this, when I recently attempted to cancel the service, Apex Media Solutions LLC refused to honor the cancellation unless I paid a buyout amount that is not disclosed or authorized in the agreement.This constitutes a direct breach of the signed agreement and an unfair and deceptive business practice. The refusal to cancel contradicts the clear language of the contract and imposes fabricated financial obligations that were never disclosed.Attached is a copy of the agreement showing the cancellation clause and the absence of any buyout condition.I request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and assist in compelling Apex Media Solutions LLC to honor their agreement, cancel the service immediately without penalty, and cease deceptive practices. To Whom It May Concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Apex Media Solutions LLCs message.
While I appreciate the business acknowledging my concern, I must clarify that I have already spoken to a representative over the phone. During that conversation, I was informed that I would be required to pay a "buyout" in order to cancel my monthly servicea condition that is not stated anywhere in the written agreement.
This is the exact issue outlined in my initial complaint. The contract I signed clearly states that clients may cancel monthly service at any time, with no mention of a buyout, early termination fee, or any cancellation penalty. Despite this, I was told that unless I pay a buyout, I cannot terminate the agreement.
Given this prior phone exchange, I do not believe another phone call will result in a different outcome or resolve the issue fairly. I am not seeking additional phone discussionsI am seeking that Apex Media Solutions LLC honor the written terms of the contract and cancel my service without imposing non-contractual financial demands.
Unless the company can provide written documentationsigned by both partiesoutlining a buyout clause, I respectfully request the BBB continue investigating this matter as a breach of contract and a deceptive business practice.

This company has been calling me five times a day for the past four months. Every single time, Ive asked to be removed from their call list and told them Im not interested. Im always told that wont stop the calls.When I ask who they are, they hang uponly to call back later from a different number. Today, one of their **** finally said theyre with ***. This company charged my credit card without my approval. They are trying to sell me a product and I never agreed to the product. I have asked them to refund me fully. 5-10 phone calls PER DAY for spam services to every single phone line I have for my business. Ive spoken for hours at this point on the phone with fraudulent ******************************* selling snake oil service for a problem that quite literally doesnt exist. Ive pleaded and begged to be removed from their call list. Ive spoke to countless individuals at this scammers destination and to no avail have I been removed. Its to the point where it is affecting MY BUSINESS because my phone lines are consistently jammed up with BS phone calls with the full intent of shilling a useless service to me that I have expressed vehemently that I do not want.Business Response

I am filing a complaint against Apex media solutions digital marketing for failure to deliver promised services, poor customer service, and refusal to cancel subscriptions and provide a refund.I contracted Apex media solutions to create a website and advertise my business online. The agreement specified that these services would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Beginning in March 2025 I contracted with Apex Media Solutions to run a ****** ad campaign for my business Natural Wood Arts. After spending $2875, their ad campaign is not just ineffective, they have completely misrepresented my business in the arts community and have damaged my reputation. Natural Wood Arts is a woodturning business making wood bowls, peppermill, and the like. Their ad campaign says that I design and build WOOD FENCES!!. See the attached sample ads. Apex has been completely unresponsive to my emails over the last three weeks demanding that they stop this campaign and refund my money. Due to the email sent over to us regarding this matter along with the open BBB complaint we escalated the account for review and supervisor contact yesterday. A supervisor attempted to reach out and was unable to reach him directly. As of a today a dispute through the bank has prohibited us from being able to resolve this matter swiftly and we have been prevented from following our protocol for this matter. Apex refunded us a portion of the money they took without any contact from me regarding it
So im assuming they saw the complaint and partially refunded but still refuse to aknowledge this complaint through BBB. I will take their partial refund as proof and admittance that they knowingly kept taking money from my business even after we canceled mutiple times
