    Poor customer service, residents at their mercy with little recourse. Ineffective management of the company, employees fail to honor their word or communicate efficiently, disinterested owner. Shrug off customer concerns. They erroneously and irresponsibly sent me a "Final Payment Reminder" letter outlining $500 in interest, late fees, and collections charges, as well as over $1500 in past due monthly maintenance fees, claiming I had not paid my monthly maintenance fees in over 8 months when in fact I had without fail (the fees have been automatically deducted from my bank account monthly). With evidence to prove otherwise, I called them immediately upon receipt of this notice and provided them with banking information to support this. Since then, they have repeatedly dodged my phone calls and emails, passed the buck, and have been unable/unwilling to rectify this situation or communicate in a timely manner. Given the runaround, broken promises.Shame.

    ************************* is a staff member of Avant-Garde MGMT that manages Park Square Condominium. He fits right in with the racist board members of this community. Instead of helping the only black owner that is being harassed by all the caucasian board members in this community, ************************* joined with them in the continuation of bullying this single black mom that has been living there for over 15 years. This black owner can not use *********, walk through the neighborhood without being harassed by these residents that have made it clear they do not want her and her family in their community. My vehicle was vandalized by a few residents/board members of Park Square Condominium in the community overnight and they erased the video footage. After that incident, I've asked for a parking space in front of my building within my camera view and it was denied. I have asked for repairs to be done to my unit and that has yet to happen. *********************** along with board member *************************** allowed my next door neighbor ************************* to put decorations on the railing entrance to obstructed me and my family from entering and leaving my home. This safety hazard almost cost my 15 year old daughter to fall down the stairs. These safety hazard decorations stayed up for 35 days. ***************************** along with Park Square Condominium residents are still making it hard for me and my family to have a peaceful life.
