    I was misled by airport agents and fraudulently charged by iVisa an excessive amount for UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). I was heading from Manila to London. The airport ticketing agents from Air China, asked about UK ETA. I told them I already have one and explained that I flew originally from London. They informed me that I needed to renew otherwise they wouldn't allow me to fly. I felt immense pressure from the airport agents insisting I needed to renew. Thinking this was standard regulation, I complied with their requirements. They directed me to ivisa.com. At the time, I thought this was the official government website. It's not. I was misled. I found out later that I didn't need to renew since UK ETA is good for 2 years. In addition, it's directly linked to my passport and the agents could have easily verified this. Also, the current price for UK ETA is £16. iVisa charged an excessive amount of £182.65. When I tried to contact iVisa, their customer service is non-existent and limited to AI bot responses. The whole thing is a COMPLETE ****!!!

    Complete scam. Went to **************************************************************************** to apply for a ******** I was re-directed without knowledge to the third party IVISA web site. Thought it was the original UK website. Filled out a one day **** applications for myself and my wife. Was charged $276.34 and additional charge of $138.20 because original request for my wife did not go through. Costs of UK **** for both should only be about $16 British pounds each. IVISA is a misleading website that makes one believe it is the UK processing agency. IT IS NOT. Misleading advertising - deceptive - scam - no statement that it is not the UK government - I can go on and on. I will be challenging these rip off charges with my credit card company, which luckily I have not paid as of this date and do not plan on paying. I will also be forwarding this complaint to the UK Government **** processing department.

    IVISA DOES THE PASSPORT CHECKS TO SEE IF YOU NEED A **** TO TRAVEL OVERSEAS. MY WIFE AND I BOOKED A TRIP TO ******. WHEN I PUT MY US PASSPORT INFO IN IT SAID "NO **** REQUIRED". WHEN I INPUT MY FILIPINO WIFE'S PHILIPPINNO PASSPORT IN IT SAID "NO **** REQUIRED". WHEN WE GOT TO ****** THEY SAID SHE NEEDED A **** AND ARRESTED HER FOR 3 DAYS BEFORE SENDING US BACK TO **********. IVISA NOW SAYS THERE ***** IS CORRECT AND THAT THE ***** SAYS SHE NEEDED A ****. THEY ARE TRYING TO COVER THERE BUTTS NOW.. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, I LOOKED IVISA UP AFTERWARDS AND THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY ACCORDING TO A LOT OF PEOPLE ON THE WEB....THEY BASICALLY RUINED MY WIFE'S LIFE. NOW SHE IN A DATABASE AND EVERY TIME WE TRAVEL SHE'S GOING TO BE KICKED OFF PLANES....

    A big scam. Do not work with them on UK visas, go through the government. I paid a large fee to i Visa to get my UK visas, and they were never able to provide the visas, all the while telling me there were government delays. On my own I went through the government process and go the visas within 24 hours. What a mistake I made -- do not let it happen to you.

    I paid $139 to iVisa because the ****** Play app store highly recommended it. I later found out that the UK *** app only charges $21.99. I do not think iVisa produces legitimate UK ETAs because the official UK *** app asked different questions. This is a scam. Do not use it. I want my money back.

    The process in creating a **** was easy, however, IVISA said the documents were ready and there are none there to print. The application is paid for and I am not seeing anything from IVISA. We leave in 4 days.

    This company is deceptive in their business practices. I
    did not know yesterday when I paid them $120. USD that the price of the
    ETA to the UK should have only been £10 to £15 total and that it could
    be purchased at the UK.gov site. This site just came up when I typed in
    UK ETA in my search bar, I am not happy with huge mark up on their
    services. I was I no hurry to obtain my visa so what they offered to me
    is worthless to me at a very expensive cost to me. It seems to me that I
    was taken advantage of.

    Ivisa is a ****!!! Do not fall prey to them just because they show up as ****** sponsored. I had to get a ******* for travel from the *** (not a requirement in the past) and paid ivisa $112.00 USD for nothing. I thought it was odd that I couldnt log into the site after and it said it sent a code to my email (it didnt).so I further researched. I found the official UK site to apply and spent $13.45 to apply and have since been approved. Again, ivisa is a ****, do not use them!! If I had spent 5 more minutes researching I never would have used ivisa. If my ***** card doesnt reimburse me for the ivisa cost that is the next BBB complaint I will be making.

    Wouldn't recommend started to fill paperwork out charged $163.99 didn't finish paperwork because wife's mom had cancer and she left for ***** before I got finish. They won't refund the money back.
