    I ask them before starting if they could get a **** for my brother in law and family so that they could come from ******** on Oct 2024 for my older sons wedding , they told me they could , I paid them $1032 for the 3 of them , and they got an interview appointment for Dec 2025 , if they would have told me that I would have not given them any money, I could do the same by paying the ********* embassy $185 pp If you go with them make them give you everything in writing before dishing any money

    I found Ivisa to be very frustrating and they never helped me resolve their requests! We submitted multiple copies of the requested documents - only to have Ivisa send us notification that the documents were unacceptable. Ivisa knew our time table for our trip and we suspect that Ivisa delayed our visas so they could ask for more money to rush our order. They do not respond to their chat room in timely way. Since I have asked for a refund; Ivisa has not responded at all. I tried to go to the Ivisa web address page; but all that was there was . . . 'Unexpected error 403"!!!I wrote in their chat section that I wanted my refund and gave them my account number. Of course, I have not had any response from them. They have no phone number to talk with a live person and I can understand why . . . there website is too complicated or their employees are incompetent.I cannot recommend this company as I have found that they are not consumer friendly!!

    I was told by the Cruise Ship to get a needed **** thru this group of Ivisa.I was charged $20 for the **** and $90 for an annual membership that I never selected nor did I see on their site. It just appeared on the invoice AFTER I input my CC. What a rip off. I have been trying to email the company (since there is no phone number provided on their invoice or site) and tell them I never saw nor selected this and they are arguing that I saved $3 on the ****. So far I have had different people write me back with the same scripted email. Why would I spend $90 to save $3...makes no sense. Just a rip off. I have also shared this with the cruise ship. They are obviously abroad. I don't understand how they can get away with ripping off American Citizens! Shame on you!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

    I had a trip to Thailand with my wife and we were super confused on how to get the visa. It wasn't easy at all to find the information and we thought we were going to loose our money. For some reason these embassies lack somebody that speaks english and wants to genuinely help tourists. We tried calling different embassies just to get an idea of what we needed and sent messages through instagram with no success. Finally we found iVisa and decided as a last measure to try them out, and after contacting them they guided us through the process and made the whole thing a lot easier, specially the peace of mind of knowing we were not going to have to repurchase everything for a later date. Long story short, we got our visa and everything worked out

    iVisa claims they can obtain ********** **** (***) using their "iVisa" app. However, ********** government website specifies that only one app (i.e., "********* ***") is authorized to do so. iVisa uses a completely wrong approach for the *** application, compared to the correct "********* ***" app. Because of it, they were not capable of obtaining the **** for us, which costed us big money for rebooking our air tickets, etc. This has been considered as "false advertising", and we are taking legal action against iVisa.

    They mix up documents from filled out online application give you e **** your name with other person passport number so when you enter other country they will not let you in that country and they do not want to refund your money so you get bogus **** and you loose money
