      We called Air Around The Clock for our 25 ton air conditioner at the business. We have had several issues, first was a new motor. They actually replaced a freezer core, and then mentioned the motor needed to be replaced.They came out to replace the motor and half hour later the entire unit shut off. We called again and they sent another technician out, seems as though every tech that comes does not know what the others did. So the problem continues. We asked they come out next day, that was a Saturday, guy came out and nothing was done as the ac was still not working. Come Monday morning (today) and the tech comes out, tells us the wiring was done incorrectly and the motor was blown along with the condenser being blown. They blame us for any damages even though only their techs come out. Supervisor ***** refuses to listen to our detailed reports of what happened as we have witness, my bindery supervisor *******. Long story short, this company used to be great but now they will not take responsibility for nearly destroying a 15k machine in a matter of 4 visits.Great job Air Around the Clock! Terrible service and terrible supervisor response.

      Good Morning,

             Yes we did replace the valve stem and condenser fan motor, Unfortunately neither one of those have anything to do with the compressor. The technician that was there yesterday found three blown fuses and after he replaced them the compressor showed it being grounded. A grounded compressor is a short that happens internally to the compressor. I explained this to you and *******. Nothing was wired wrong for the motor and i explained to ******* the reason the motor was running slow is because it was only getting partial power because of the grounded compressor. We can not take responsibility for something we did not cause.
