  What people are saying about this company being a scam is the total truth and they really had the nerve to say to ones review that its ******** its very true a guy name **** seemed very cool until it was time to refund my deposit they have lack of communication they never showed up they lied about the time and date me nor the seller were never notified about any issues they may have had they lied and said the driver got pulled over by the police they gave me a number to contact the driver which I did and come to find out the police situation was false the person I talked to claimed he was the boss but had no idea about what was going on they had the pick up and drop off totally wrong they wanted me to pay 350 all together with a ********************************************************************************************************************** at the last minute they wont be able to ship till that Monday and still expected me to pay the extra balance I paid the 150 **** sent a copy of it to my email they also tried to sneak and charge my account 2 times my bank caught it and stopped it thank god they never showed up I ended up doing the transport myself with a U-Haul truck and trailer I called **** and told him I need my 150 back he kept telling me I would have it back ASAP to no prevail he stopped answering the phone he had no plans of returning my money to me and at this point still have my money my bank has tried multiple times to reach out to the company and has got no response so my answer to the question should you shop with this company is a (HELL NO) dont trust them theyll get your money and will keep it and not even show up to do the job I called back with me and the seller on the phone at the same time because he kept lien saying he had talked to the seller when all in all he never did and he hung up and blocked my number smh straight Coward broke *** scamming for a couple dollars ima tell you once again dont waste your time they scamming!!!

  We contacted customer Saturday morning to provide quote he requested. He was adamant that he needed the vehicle picked up asap. We charged him a minimal expedite fee to pick up within 48hrs. We assigned a driver within an hour of speaking to the client that wanted to pick up around 2pm Saturday afternoon. Customer said he needed more time and couldnt release the vehicle until later that day. We did our best and asked the driver to wait until the customer was ready to release the car. We called driver back later that afternoon and he said he was unable to wait any longer so he left and was pulled over by the police so he couldn't pick up that day anymore. We gave customer the drivers info to see if they could work something out to get the vehicle picked up. Since they couldnt work something out, we assigned another driver to pick up the vehicle on Monday. Customer didn't want to release the vehicle to the second ******* so we had to cancel that driver as well. We do our best to accommodate all our customers timelines, but sometimes things happen that is out of our control. We assigned two carriers to pick up the vehicle in the time allowed by our contract, so the deposit is nonrefundable as stated in our terms and conditions. We are not a scam and never lied to the customer. We tried to provide the service, but customer refused. Customer still has a credit with our company for any future transport and will do our best to make sure it goes more smoothly in the future.  Thank you

  I used C&C to transport my car for college and had the easiest experience ever. First time using a transporting service and their customer service was really knowledgeable and made sure I understood the entire process until the car made it safely to college and then back this Spring! Ill be using them again in the Fall. Highly recommend!!

  Buyer beware. This company is a broker with no ties to the shipping company. Tried to use them, no service was performed. Yet when calling to ask questions no help what so ever. All contact numbers given to me are not real drivers or dispatch numbers. Luckly my bank is issuing me a refund. Company should not be allowed only 1 star, but no 0 allowed.

  This review is false. Driver attempted to pick up vehicle on April 17 as contracted and customer called us upset because he arrived an hour later than promised. We spoke to customer, gave updates, and tried to reschedule the pickup to accommodate him but customer would not cooperate. We do our best to coordinate the pickups as best and accurate as possible but, in this industry, sometimes there are delays that cannot be controlled. We did hold up our end and driver was able to pick up the vehicle on contracted date, but customer refused to release the vehicle since he wasn't able to show up at the time originally scheduled. We are still willing to reschedule the pickup if allowed by the customer.

  So this was a rather Long odyssey but I'll make it short. We needed to ship our classic car so I filled out the info online and then was bombarded with so many different independent carriers! We have shipped this car before so I learned a thing or two previously. If the quotes that you receive are ridiculously low, they are a bait and switch. I chose one Carrier who assured me.The price was locked in and then the day the car was due to be shipped, Guess what, no carriers would pick up that car for that price so i needed to raise it they said....and raise it again and yet again. Of course I was furious and we were three days behind on shipping the car. At this point independent carriers were still calling, texting and emailing trying to get our business. At some point ken from c&c car go plus reached out and I said how much to get it shipped right now? He was less than the other the other company that was trying to get me to raise the price even MORE. Ken assured me There would be no price increase. At some point , frank jumped in and also was part of the logistics and delivery team and he was stellar! My car was delivered.There was no price increase and the gentlemen that delivered it were amazing! There was a clear line of communication through all of it AND they noticed one of my tires was low and proceeded to check all four of my tires and also fill them with air?? with a remote inflation device. To save Myself future stress I now have them in my phone as the only company I will use to transport our car back and forth. Thank You Ken, Frank and your whole team that helped make this possible. April

  I have sent several cars with C & C Car-Go Plus. My contact, Neil, has always been very professional and helpful. The drivers have called me before arrival to confirm pickup details, and they have been on time. Deliveries have been on schedule and my cars have been handled with care. I would recommend paying the upcharge for a closed carrier if you can, only because vehicles can get rock chips and it's not possible for the car carrier operator to prevent it. It is a good idea to contact them early to maximize your pickup and delivery options, but they have been able to accommodate me on short notice. I recommend their services.

  This is the fifth time I have worked with C and C. This was another great experience. The dates Were incorrect for pick up, but ***** fixed everything and had it picked up within 24 hours and delivered within one day from ****** to ******. Great shipping equipment and two very nice guys that took great my show car. Highly recommended

  ************************* was great . He arranged. Transport from ******* to ************* for my vintage Jeep ********** was the driver and he was amazing. He loaded my Jeep and delivered it to my son. I can't thank you both enough.
