5 starsIve used them twice. One for a shorter distance and one for cross country. Both times they found drivers who were expedient and reliable. The first time the driver lost the keys to the car but paid for ********* and replacement himself. The second time, I was concerned because of timing but they were able to expedite my request and the driver got the car there right on the day he said. I worked with **** and he was kind and patient, he knows his customer service even though I know we are annoying sometimes.Review fromMs. M

5 starsC and C cargo along with big ocean transport were excellent...Neil kept in touch with me every step of the way .. The driver Pedro did too... They came when they said they would and called and stayed in touch the whole time... My car was picked up exactly when they said it would be and was delivered 48 hrs later...Pedro the driver called and came when he said he would be there...I would highly recommend them..I had never shipped before and drove neil crazy because i was nervous... Buyer, beware! This company is a load broker not a direct shipper. They will promise you anything to get you to place a deposit, and then you will never hear from them again. They blame everything on the third-party shipper that actually carries the load. They will not return calls, text, or emails they will lie to you about pick up dates and delivery dates just to get you to place a deposit with them absolutely one of the worst companies in the auto shipping industry.

5 starsI originally booked with another company. They were terrible.I turned to ************************* from ********** & am thrilled that I did. 5 starsNeil, C&C Car-Go was a true pleasure to deal with. He was not pushy and so informative. He covered every detail with patience and professionalism. The car was picked up as promised and on time. The transporter/truck driver was the same! Professional, polite, informative, and on time. Wow. Great experience. He delivered on time and again was the best like Neil. Side note: I did get a hundred plus phone calls, emails, and text messages from other brokers for days which is the only negative.Review fromAaron G
