      This company neglected to file my authorization with the VA and sent me a bill stating that this was a bill that the VA didn't cover. I cannot receive any services unless the community care at the VA approves. They neglected to acknowledge that I am a Veteran.This company is crooked and are a ******** people. They need to learn their job. They discriminate against Veterans!

      I have been continuously receiving bills for the birth of my daughter (which occured 15 months ago). Repeatedly I have called Pediatrix to submit these bills to my insurance, as my insurance carrier has no record of these claims. I have called 4 times within this calendar year and Pediatrix cannot verify whether they have sent these claims to my insurance. I have already hit my deductible for the previous calendar year so these are to be paid in full by my insurance. Ridiculous that I have spent the past 9 months calling and reitterating this to Pediatrix and yet they cannot get their act together.

      We received a letter stating we were given care that insurance didn't cover (ok no big deal/not this company's fault). Come to find out, it is just over 12 months old (not my biggest complaint but it doesn't make me happy). My issue is that there wasn't any contact info - phone number, email address, website - on the letter. How am I supposed to get ahold of anyone at this company if I were not computer savy and able to dig thru different websites to even find a contact? Also, this is the second time we have received a letter like this within the last 4-6 months. When I finally got ahold of someone in the billing department, they were helpful in answering questions about what the letter was in regards to. When I expressed my concern to them about no contact info, the canned response was "yes we have forwarded this to management and they know about this 'glitch'." I think something as important as general contact information would get taken care of right away and not waiting 4-6 months (or more really since it's not fixed yet) to correct it.

      Predatory billing practices. They sent me a **** 10 months after my son was born. I did not choose these doctors that checked on my son. I had no choice. They billed my insurance and 10 months later sent me a **** for the balance. Sure, it's a legal **** but to send it so late and to even demand the balance after getting $1500 from my insurance is wrong. I'm happy the No Surprises Act will stop at least some of their predatory billing practices. Their phone operators are very well versed in the law and will not negotiate a **** down. They will only offer a payment plan. They treat their patients like cash cows. Terrible company. But they hope to make $270 million so far this year so, good for them.

      WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. AND AFTER READ THE OTHER REVIEWS I'M NOT ALONE. MY NEXT STEPS WILL BE TO CONTACT **************** ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE
