I used the Oral B brilliance premium whitening toothbrush- extra soft, and in the middle of brushing with a normal amount of pressure, my gums were bleeding heavily and had been scraping away while I was brushing. I am in pain and missed work today at my new job because of this. It does not make sense for a toothbrush labeled as, extra soft to scrape away my gums. I am not a smoker and have healthy, regular oral hygiene. I bought this toothbrush at the *************************** on *******************. in *********************** on 01/31/2023.

    Hello,

I see where we are getting a large number of complains from unhappy people. So, it is important to follow instruction to resolve problems. My company has nothing to do with toothbrush or medical and health services, A quick look at the the email address, is an example that it is the wrong company the complain is made against. Please take the time and contact the correct organization to resolve the situation.

I purchased the ************ **** toothbrush on Amazon and received a filthy toothbrush covered in dust and what appears to be pet hair. I requested a replacement from Amazon and received yet another filthy toothbrush in the same condition (2 pictures attached of each toothbrush - 4 pics in total). I looked at the reviews on Amazon and saw that I am not the first one that this has happened to and that this is a known issue. I then turned to Oral B's customer support. They refused to acknowledge that this is an issue with their toothbrush line, and the only recourse they were willing to offer me was to mail the toothbrush back to them (after having gone through Amazon's hoops) and then wait 6-8 weeks before they would *maybe* send me a replacement (again, without addressing the core issue that this is a widespread thing and that I might still get a toothbrush in the same condition). I told them that this is an unacceptable resolution and that they should take responsibility for their defective products and make it right immediately rather than make me jump through all these hoops. They didn't seem to care and now I'm stuck with a toothbrush that I will never use.

I bought a bag of your "Glide oral B floss picks" 2 days ago. the floss on every single pick breaks immediately before it removes any stuck food. Even the ones from the dollar store, the floss never breaks at around $4 for the bag they are worthless. Called the numbers on the bag, this is where profanity belongs, the institutions for attempting to get a refund are too involved to make it worth doing, and that is even if your lousy company actually answers the snail mail I have to engage in. Plus if you ignore my request you would already have the only UPC code from the package and wouldn't be able or willing to resubmit. It's 2022, why can't I take a photo and email my request. Guess it's time to trow out my oral B toothbrush also. It's bead enough the much cheaper knock off brush replacement are 5 times better than you way overpriced oral B replacement and they last much longer also. Does the *** in oral B stand for scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At the very least I want refund without burning the gas to get stamps and then drive to a mail box and hope *** word is better than your product. So it seems like you have lost a customer, permanently. This scam is not how you retain customers, it is the opposite of retention. THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and I have only begun to post all over the net how happy I am with your greedy thoughtless company. My acual post on ******** about this issue will contain lots of profanity and only the truth. have fun losing many more customers. I owe oral b that much and being retired i have the time. your policy on this is not smart and you have no excuses. 4 years ago I had the same problem with the picks of your competitor one phone call and 7 days coupons arrived for replacement and they were very concerned with the lot number and when it was manufactured so if it was a production problem they could fix it in factory as well as recall and replace from the stores that got the same lot number.
