    Dishonest business. I ordered the brush directly from their website, where they claim a money-back guarantee. I have returned the item as I found the same for a much cheaper price. I called to find out about the return policy, which the representative told me I was going to be reimbursed for the shipping. Unfortunately, that's not true...after the item was returned I found out that $15 shipping was on me. While the electric toothbrush is a great product the company is garbage, please do yourself a favor and don't engage in business with them!

    I bought Oral-B ********* Dental Guard that I am not satisfied with. There is a Money Back Guarantee. I have called several times over a two week period. The number they provide a tp;; free number but it goes to a voicemail saying to leave my number and they will get back to me. I am surprised a big name like Oral-B would advertise a Money Back Guarantee and then have such a setup to not communicate with the customers. I will never buy anything from Oral-B again.

    I need the tool to change the battery operated toothbrush head. Does not come with the replacement head's no instructions no way to know or do it at all

    Worst company ever do not order with this company, their customer service is horrible. You are forced to pay for returns. The emails you get from this company when reaching out are heartless
