My mother is 88 and lives in a memory care facility. She has no access to a computer or phone. Yet, this company is saying she signed up for a fitness app! Have you ever heard of an 88 year old in full blown memory care facility signing up for a fitness app! She was charged $69 a month beginning in April, 2023 (after a fall in which a doctor came to the facility to see her), then suddenly it went to $69 twice a month at beginning in November, 2023. I thought it was for physical therapy. The last time I saw my mother, I asked if they were still coming twice a month to see my mother. They told me she had never been seen by a physical therapist. That's when I looked into this further. I realized this is a huge scam and they are steeling month directly from bank accounts. I have no idea how they were able to get her bank account information. I called and they said they could only refund the last 60 days, but that was all. I explained she is in memory care and has no access to a phone or computer and that this is complete fraud. They do not care. I asked how they got her approval, was it via phone, computer, what could it be since she does not have access to either. They would not help me. This is complete FRAUD. Now I have to have the bank account changed and reset-up her direct deposits. This is taking advantage of the elderly and she is disgusting!
