    I found a $69 charge on my 90 year old mothers account. Called ********************** and spoke to **** who said she was charged after a 30 day free trial period she supposedly signed up for (she did NOT sign up for anything like this). He said he would credit her account. We shall see

    My father is 90 and lives in a nursing home CHECKMATE FITNES is taking $69 out of his account illegally, obtained his information illegally. when I tried calling them I got a recording that they would callback, never recieved a call back. If I can't reach them and they are not returning my calls, how stop this illegal debit from his account? I need help, who do I turn too?

    My 85 year old Mother had a $69.00 ACH debit transaction taken from her account. She doesn't do workout videos online and she would never sign up for this service. Luckily we caught it on the same day it posted to her account and filed a dispute. This company is taking advantage of Seniors and they need to stop.
