    Really - 0 Stars. My 19 year old daughter went to visit her friends in ***********. Around 8:30/9:00 pm one night, she locked her keys and wallet in her car. She called Mendy's Locksmith Service and was told he could unlock the car and it would take approximately 17 minutes to get to her location. She was alone, at night in a town she is not familiar with and was scared. She called me while she waited for him. ***** showed up, got the car unlocked in a matter of minutes and told her it would be $700.00. She asked during the initial phone call how much it would be and he said I'll figure it out when I get there. He never gave her a price before completing the service. Although she argued with him about the price after he unlocked her car, she paid it because again, she is young, alone and scared, not knowing this man or what he'll do if she didn't pay. When I called other companies the next day, I was told their standard price is $75-$100 for this same service. I called ***** and he first stated "that is the normal price". Once I told him what other companies said they charge, he said "that is my price". I have now explained to my daughter to read reviews on businesses and get a firm price prior to any service. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
