    We stupidly mailed in a check to these people thinking we could get our deed to our home from them. The check was for $127.50, they cashed the check on 8/28/24 and its been 2 months with NOTHING from them. Ive called and left messages with NO responses. These people are scammers.

    To whom it may concern- I didnt get a chance to respond with an update till BBB reached out and reminded me. The company responded after I shared my disappointment with their first response, asking for my mailing address to send a refund check. We have since received said refund and are pleased with the help from BBB.

    My parents and I own this property (*** ****** *** ******), this organization sends a solicitation request every week, requesting money to have them provide a copy of the deed, I have a copy of the deed. My parents have a copy of the deed, The ******** ****** ****** ******, has a copy of the deed. They want us to pay for something we already have, I believe for nefarious means in an attempt to steal property, they need to stop sending theses solicitations as my parents are elderly and the are attempting to take advantage of their age, therefore senior abuse.

    I did not realize this was a scam. I paid $64.35 for a copy of my property report upon receipt there is someone elses deed attached nothing to do with my property at all. I went to ****** search a phone number and come to find out there are other complaints against this company, and there is no phone number existing.

    In J****** ***** I received a notice from PROPERTY RECORDS - **** ***** ***** ***. ********
    *********** ** ***** phone ************ . They had all.the information on this paper that I had prepared with my lawyer. I paid the amount via check, bank cleared check in February..It further states that I would receive my documents within 21 business days. Got a second notice in February to respond by March 15, 2024 and called my lawyer,. She Indicated it was a scam.. I wanted to advise the BBB that according to the lawyer several of her clients have been getting this “letter”. I don’t know if I can get my money back as when I called the *** number it “was closed”.

    I have received a letter from Property Records claiming to provide a complete property profile and an additional copy the only document identifying me as a property owner usually called deed.
    Unfortunately, I paid the required fee of *******.
    I didn't know that I didn't need to pay a high fee to get a copy of my deed or any of the information that this company offered.
    I have learned this is a common practice to scam new property owners. I would like to share my experience and report this company for scamming people.

    Advertised that they provide tax map data for home search. They do not provide this. False advertising. Contacted them three times. No result.

    This is not our business.  We do not provide this service nor do we advertise that we provide this service.  We are strictly a *********** local owned business that markets our own properties for sale or lease.  We have had no contact with complainant through phone, email or other means.  This is either a mistake or a scam.  The dispute doesn't even list our business name.
