    Beware of reviews that are clearly written by people who do not know how truly inefficient and unprofessional this staff is.Do not waste your time or money meeting with the this management group, if their use of shady practices and lack of communication is any indication of how they will care for your home or rental unit then please be advised.A serious lack of communication and good practice is missing from this office, and should be further investigated for continuously breaking state/federal housing regulations and policies. If they reply saying they don't recognize me, understand there's a reason to want to maintain anonymity.It is always after they have committed a negative infraction that a detailed positive review pops up - it is not a coincidence.Apply at your own risk.

    Horrible people to rent from. Double charged for cleaning the carpet when we were told not to worry about it, charged for paint when we were told that normal wear and tear isnt going to be held against us, the adress is registered as a business so they have to do the adress change and have not, and they charged a fee to take our deposit. Shady business practices all around. Would not recommend them to rent from and would not recommend them as realtors when you go to buy a property.
