      Big Bend Appliance was contracted by American Home Shield (AHS) to repair our ice maker. The issue was reported to AHS on February 1. They were quick to respond, arriving at the house to diagnose the issue and it was determined that the water valve on the ice maker needed to be replaced. He did not have the part on the truck and said he would order it and call me back in a day or two to let me know when the part would be in. After a week I started leaving messages requesting an update with no response. After a month I went back to AHS and reported the issue. That is another complaint as they have given me a run around about calling back in 24 hours 4 times in a row at this point, but it is now 5 weeks and no word as to a status from Big Bend Appliance.
