      I had an issue with my fridge not cooling, **** came to the rescue, called on Monday and fixed it the next day. **** was fast, knowledgeable, and efficiently identified and resolved the problem, which turned out to be an electrical relay issue. I highly recommend his services for anyone in need of a reliable and skilled technician. Thank you for your exceptional work!

      My home warranty company placed repair request with Big Bend Appliance on December 12. Days went by and I heard nothing from ********. After 10 days I called on consecutive days and left detailed voice mail messages. Nothing. No returned calls. Went through Christmas - New Year's week and still nothing. Just tried to call and the voicemail was full and not taking messages. Just called my home warranty provider to get me a different repair business. If the owner is ill or otherwise unavailable due to personal circumstances, and these things happen, the business voicemail should be updated. Otherwise, and complaints below seem to suggest this situation is NOT new, maybe the owner should find a different line of work.

      Worst repair company ever! American Home Shield sent them out for a washer repair in June its September still no repair every time the company calls he said the part needed was received broken and he has to reorder. Go Figure every time. I have called numerous time this company never returns calls or provide information on your repair. They get the initial call fee from the warranty company and never come back to repair your appliance and never answer the phone.
