    I recently used Nationwide Van Lines for my move, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the very beginning, Yaron was my main point of contact, and he was outstanding. He kept in touch throughout the process, calling several times during the move to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was satisfied with the service. The moving team was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handled all of my belongings with great care and worked diligently, even in the heat, without ever losing their positive attitude. It was clear they were experienced and took pride in doing the job right. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-organized, and caring moving company, I highly recommend Nationwide Van Lines. Their service is top-notch!

    This is the second time we use Nationwide and will use them again next time I need fine art shipping. From placing the order, crating of the paintings, pick up and delivery all went very well. Very nice and professional people to deal with I highly recommended them.

    Nationwide Van Lines moved my household goods from ******* to my storage facility in *********, **. This was the WORST moving experience I have ever gone through! I was crystal clear in my communications with them that among my belongings to be moved was a baby grand piano and was told they had complete knowledge and full experience moving the piano - they only dispatched 2 men, which is completely ridiculous to handle an instrument that size. The 2 men appeared to grow tired so the packing became sloppy and what I considered careless. I called the office 2 times to complain.Upon completion of packing/loading I was advised to contact Nationwide to get delivery status, but I feel they should have been the ones to keep me informed not the other way around.Upon delivery to my temporary storage, the driver was smoking cigarettes INSIDE of the truck with my belongings inside. The workers had nothing to cut the tape from the blanket wrapped furniture and used lit cigarette lighters to break the packaging tape free from the wrapped blankets. The protective blankets were tattered with holes and finishing on some of the pieces of my furniture were damaged.Several of the boxes containing breakable items were clearly marked however they were brought in from the truck upside-down and placed in storage that way.I sent a registered/certified letter detailing the issues to Nationwide Van Lines President *************************. To make matters worse, because I am in transition and still house hunting, I wont know the full extent of the condition and/or damages to my belongings for a while.

    Let me start by saying that we apologize for any and all inconveniences that this may have caused,

    On August the 6th, I confirmed with you that our crew would be arriving the next day to start the job. We both agreed that the job would take two days to pack and load. On the first day, dispatch sent 2 men to

    start the job and dispatched a 3rd *** on the second day to complete and help handle your Baby Grand Piano. The crew took great care in wrapping and handling your Baby Grand Piano.  I advised you on August the 8th , the second day, that your delivery would not be arriving into ******** over the weekend. I then followed up a phone call to you on August the 12th to advise that your shipment would be getting loaded the next day. I then reached out to you on August the 13th to advise your shipment would be arriving into ******** in a few days.  We have no proof of the crew smoking cigarettes and or evidence of them using a cigarette lighter for a tool/blade to unwrap your blankets from  the furniture itself. We have no images of damages at this point and or evidence.  Once a carrier delivers furniture into a private storage unit, it loses control over the shipment as to any additional damages that were and or not transit related. 

    Again, we apologize for any and all inconveniences that this may have caused you with your state to state relocation.

    From start to finish..... If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!! First lets start with ****. He kept in touch with me every step of the way. And was very patient with me and all my changes!!! Out of all the movers I called for quotes, he was the only one that followed up with me. I will definitely call him for my next move! Then comes time for the movers to load us up from *******, ** to **. They were beyond professional, sweet, careful, and so kind to us. Asked questions along the way. Moved our personal belongings with such care. These two young men pictured with my mom were simply amazing!!!! Now for the unload in **. The driver kept in touch with us from the time he loaded the truck up until delivery day.... keeping us updated on time line. We had two stops, and he handled everything perfectly. Even told my mom, relax I will put the bed together! We had a storage unit and I was afraid everything wouldn't fit, well he told me not to worry he's got it. And he did! Even told me where certain things were in storage unit for me to find. I cannot say enough great things about Nationwide Van Lines. Everyone involved with our move went above and beyond. We were incredibly happy with everyone and the process. Thank you so much Nationwide for taking care of my mom!

    First off from the start of my move planning, **** in the office was fantastic! Helped me ease my mind and find the best options. Then on move day, ***, ********, and ****** were amazing.
