  Nationwide Move Part 1 We have begun our move with Nationwide Van Lines, and it started with great service and communications with *************************. She was so patient in guiding us through the process as we had numerous phone calls to adjust the furniture and box count of our move. Moving day came, and the movers got there ahead of schedule, which was so helpful. The crew, led by ***, consisted of ********, *******, *****, and ***. They were all very polite and introduced themselves as they came in. *** brought his Sixties/Seventies music, which was much enjoyed by us Boomers!Their work was efficient, and they took extra care with our belongings. The packing and loading was finished in record time, and everything was carefully cleaned up afterwards. We hope the second half goes as well as the first. Thank you to ******, ***, and gentlemen for all your help and patience!

  I am moving and it was very last minute, but Nationwide Van Lines made it happen. Within 24hrs they made it to my house to back up a three bedroom home and got it loaded in four hours. I so much appreciate Tim, Johnny and William who made he process easy and they were all very kind and professional. Would highly recommend them

  This has to be the best moving experience I have ever had! I worked with **** from Nationwide from the beginning to the end of my move. He was very thorough in explaining the moving process, such as explaining additional benefits such as paper blankets to protect my furniture during transport and in storage. His price estimate was surprisingly spot-on particularly after we conducted a video call so that he could see the furniture pieces and boxes that were being moved. I found the pricing to be extremely fair and competitive when compared to some of the quotes I received to ship items from ** to NY, in some cases upwards of $12k. And the best part of the pricing? NO COST SURPRISES. **** was very transparent, friendly, and stayed in constant communication with me. Even after the move was completed, **** gave me a follow-up call to ensure that the move worked to my satisfaction. Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to finish.The ***** moving crew in *******, headed by *******, was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient I couldnt have asked for a better crew. They arrived earlier than I expected in a gorgeous branded truck and not some unlabeled rental truck that many other movers use. These guys mustve spent like 3 hours wrapping and taping furniture. They even pointed out some furniture damage that I was previously unaware of. ******* and his crew were so thorough and supportive that they even helped me to correct my own packing of boxes. If Nationwide is reading this review do what you must to keep this crew of men!What I like about Nationwide is that they are NOT a broker. No broker fees were assessed when my cargo was passed along to another great moving company, Roadway Moving. Another pleasant surprise? Even though I expected my cargo to arrive 15 business days or later after pickup, it actually arrived in 7 business days. Nationwide was an overall great experience! Highly recommended!

  Nationwide Van Lines was a great price for the door to door service! ****** was so personable and helpful on the phone and quick to get me a quote. ***** and ***** were really careful when packing and unpacking. They worked really hard to put all the furniture back together again. They made the move as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend Nationwide Van Lines to anyone.

  I was very impressed with Nationwide during the contracting phase and on moving day. They have a very well-oiled machine that demonstrates extreme competence at each step. Upon reaching out to Nationwide, Rick responded almost immediately with thorough information, answered all of my questions and then some, and remained my POC throughout the process. Importantly, he was transparent about each pricing component of the contract. This was critical because when the scope of the move increased close to moving day (adding some large valuable pieces), I understood exactly why the price was changing and could assess its reasonableness. On moving day, DeAndre and his team were thoroughly professional and efficient. When I explained the particular family value of two of the pieces, DeAndre explained that he would prepare both for the move himself. The entire team was respectful with me, my house, and its contents. I was most impressed by something that happened at the very end: after signing the final inventory list and offering DeAndre a gratuity, he paused and asked if the members of his team had received one as well. Only after confirming that he wasnt being uniquely singled out did he accept. A good team leader is gold to any organization.

  The movers, *******, ************** were friendly, efficient and they packed everything very well, to make sure that the items wouldn't move around and were secure. They definitely help give the company a positive image. I don't know if anything will get broken during the move, but I don't think it will be because they were careless or sloppy. *****************, the move coordinator, if that's his title, was also very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain to me everything that was likely going to happen, so that there weren't any surprises.

  ******* and ***** are, hands down, two hardest working movers I've seen in 15 years active duty and over 7 moves, including moves to Europe and Asia. There is a manpower shortage that could have seriously delayed our move, but ******* and ***** worked tirelessly to pack, load, and move our home. Luckily, our new destination was close by and we had ******* and ***** at both locations. Additionally, ******* and ***** were gentle with our sensitive or expensive items. Furthermore, they were patient with our grandma, who was nervous and skeptical about the move after a bad experience with a previous mover. Finally, ******* and ***** were great with our kids too. Just all-around consummate professionals that are hard to find nowadays. Nationwide Can Lines is lucky to have a great crew like ******* and ***** and we're lucky our military moving office (TMO) scheduled with Nationwide. Thanks guys!
