    Had a horrible experience with customer service, they sent me a damaged item and refused to let me return it, so I was charged and have to keep the item. I tried reaching out to customer service, they were rude and argued with me, eventually they stopped responding. Dont shop here.

    Addendum to Tank AC LLC.
    For clarification I paid $1000 for repairs to my AC. Jose stated by law he must test for leaks by adding adding 4 pounds of refrigerant, dye and sealant.

    This pro will improve cold air flow and pin point the leak. The house should cool in 4-6 hours. The home never cooled the temperature was a constant 83 degrees.


    After calling the next Jose came and opened the air handler to say I needed and new one and he Mona additional $2250 in advance and the part will take 4-6 weeks to arrive ( company back orders).

    Jose suggested I go buy a small window unit to keep cool.

    $1000 did not get me anything. I moved to a different AC repair company. Got relief the first visit within two hours the house was 78 degrees.

    BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!
