      This company is the worst! Apparently it bought smaller water delivery companies and now cannot keep up with demand. I’ve been attempting to close my account for weeks since I learned my water will never be delivered, but I can’t get through to anyone. I waited on hold for over an hour. I then emailed and was told “too bad you have to call and ask for help closing your account” Fine, but you have to answer the phone.
      One day my account will get closed, but until then I’ll just continue to be annoyed by this entire process.

      Over the past year, Primo Brands has consistently failed to deliver products on time, despite providing estimated delivery dates and assurances. In several instances, shipments were delayed without notice or explanation, and I had to proactively follow up to get any updates. These delays have affected our ability to plan inventory.
      I have attempted to resolve the issue directly with Primo Brands, requesting more reliable communication and accountability. Unfortunately, the problem persists. While I understand occasional delays may occur, the frequency and lack of transparency are unacceptable for an ongoing business relationship.
      Desired Resolution:
      I am requesting that Primo Brands provide:
      Clear and realistic delivery timelines with confirmation.
      Immediate notification of any delays, with reasons and revised delivery dates.
      A formal commitment to improve their fulfillment process and customer communication.

      Like everyone else primo brands keeps bumping my delivery date. I was ecstatic to get 1 delivery only problem was I did not receive everything I ordered I talked to someone over the phone and they assured me it would be delivered 6/25. Still waiting. Next eta is now 7/7. Problem is original delivery was 6/11.

      I have been a customer of Ready Refresh and previously Arrowhead for over 15 years. Primo Brands acquired Ready Refresh recently, and since then, they have made mistakes on orders, do not answer their customer service lines either by chat or phone, and have scheduled three deliveries that have never arrived. I am going to buy a reverse osmosis water dispenser and stop being a customer.

      Primo Brands purchased Ready Refresh (who we had our contract with) and then decided not to pick up our empties, but to charge us for them..and then deliver MORE water after we asked them to stop. They reschedule pickup 3 times per week and NEVER show up. It's been 2 months, 7 phone calls.. 7 hours on the phone. This is the WORST water company in existence.
      The executive decisions of this company are just plain abysmal. Why buy up the competition if you're going to stop serving their customers?

      Ever since ReadyRefesh merged with Primo Brands the service and customer support has been ******* to the point of absurdity. For the past month they were unable to organize their delivery routes to even get one scheduled delivery to our house. We had deliveries cancelled and rescheduled 3 times back to back. And keep in mind there was not notification or communication given till the end of the day on the scheduled delivery day. We would check the app throughout the day on the day of delivery and it would say the delivery was on the way, and toward the end of the day it would change to "delivery rescheduled." The reason given was route adjustment.
      My family had no dependable water the entire month and I was very upset and decided to cancel. When I go on the phone with an agent -- after a 45 minute hold -- they tried to talk me into accepting a small discount on a few bottles and waived delivery fees on the next delivery. I reluctantly accepted the offer, more out of a morbid curiosity to see if they could even make good on a delivery at all. What do you know, they missed the next delivery too. And the following week when they finally made good on a delivery, the delivery fee was still in effect. Diabolical business tactic, apply your good faith apology discounts to a delivery, cancel the delivery, and then poof -- no discount. So done with this service of this company.
      The fact that the the social media accounts of the brand and new CEO have comments turned off should tell you something.

      The absolute worst. Decide when they want to show up and how many bottles they want to drop. Never pick up my empties. Impossible to get customer service. Can’t cancel. No response. The absolute worst!

      Since Primo Brands took over Ready Refresh, I haven't received ANY water deliveries. I've had 10 scheduled deliveries cancel without warning or notice. However, the company continues to charge me on time and without fail. I've spent a total of three hours on hold waiting to talk to a customer service agent. But even when I talk to a person, they have nothing to offer me other than scripted apologies. Their operations have completely collapsed since the merger. I finally canceled my account, yet they continue sending me emails with invoices and bogus delivery times. I guess being incompetent isn't illegal -- but this is the closest to criminal incompetence that I've ever seen. This company will enthusiastically take your money without any actual intention of delivering their product. STAY AWAY.

      Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service. I have been on hold for 4 hours only to be redirected again to find someone who can access my account to cancel it. I am at a complete loss of words for how frustrating this is. Not to mention - I have $200 in EXTRA charges to my account that they cannot explain. Please avoid Primo water at all costs.

      Ever since Ready refresh merged with Primo Brands my delivery is constantly bumped. I have now been bumped for delivery since 6/16 every day and it is now 6/26. You wait forever on hold to reach a person and all they can tell you is when the delivery will happen which is what I see in the app but it gets bumped everyday. I spoke to a supervisor and was told it would be delivered on the 6/25 and nothing came again. I will be canceling with them and going with another company that can be reliable which this company no longer is.
