      Good luck getting your bottle deposits refunded! Or ever credited at all for that matter. I moved to another state so ended service nearly months ago. Have called in 5 times about my bottle deposit refund and have gotten different stories each time. Either that it was already refunded to my bank account (which it was not) or that the checks in the mail (as of 20 days ago)! Called in again today and was told its going to be refunded directly to my bank account and will be another 10 days...so over 2 months to get my credit/refund! If it comes this time!

      This company is scandalous they consistently billed for delivery not made until I stoped auto pay then they still wouldn't give a new delivery person very unprofessional charged me 4$ for 5 months for paper billing when 1 they had there equipment and 2 I never said to switch and then didn't even notify me that they were sending 50$ bill to collections I will never recommend or use this company again

      Yes aftervi paid more than half of what collections told me was owed i did receve the letter though

      Water.com AKA Primo Water North America is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND FRAUDULENT!!!
      They do not attend their phones and after 2 hours on hold listening to their loop recording for a total of 8 hours, 4 separate calls on 4 separate days, I finally got through to tell them that they got my order wrong in APRIL when I began service!!! I asked them for an account number so that I could manage my account online and they said an account number had not been assigned to me yet and that they had to look up my account using the phone number.
      I ordered a one time per month delivery of 5 bottles of water at a time and as they make money by delivery frequency more than by the cost of the water itself, they keep trying to deliver every 2 weeks. I have emailed them, Snail mailed them, and now it is July and they STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO CORRECT THEIR ERRORS!!!!
      The delivery man is excellent, the water is good quality but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!!!
      They take your credit card number and keep sucking money out of your account by fraudulently selling you water in greater quantities and frequencies than ordered.
      HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
      They deserve a ZERO rating!!!

      If the DOZENS of 1 STAR reviews don't scare you away from this company than you will more than likely be writing one of these TERRIBLE reviews too!!!! I should have looked this company up before hiring their services but didn't because when you think of "Sparkletts" you think of the years & years they have been in business and just assume they will be responsible & reliable....WRONG!!!!!!! This company is so "NOT RESPONSIBLE" it's almost impossible to believe they have any customers left or even still are in business! They're customer service when you have issues is ZERO!!!! I have been sitting with a faulty rented dispenser of theirs for almost 4 weeks, 5 phone calls waiting on hold for hours, promise after promise that someone will replace it or a MGR will call me back with NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING done as promised!!! These people do whatever they want whenever they want to! I am now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hopefully they will do something about this company and their irresponsible people running it.
