I called the security gate guards as I have a visitor on the restricted list due to a court order to not be let in at a certain time. This person showed up to my house *********************************************************************** As I was calling to figure out if they had video of made someone else letting her in or her possibly tailgating I was given the run around by a representative named ****. I explained various times the situation and it to not be taken lightly as his boss **** is aware and was the one who specified in their system that we must be called everyone time. He proceeds to let me know he will speak to his supervisor and that he will speak to her. Then after a few minutes back and forth he says he will transfer me to her. He pretends to transfer me and I hear the exact same voice on the phone. He said he was speaking to a her and picked up the phone as if he was the supervisor. Which I find super disrespectful. I proceed to let him know that if it was an honest mistake and she guest was let in by mistake to please just take repsoibility and I would've simply understood and let it go as I know mistakes happen. H proceeds to undermine anything I said by thinking I was not noticing the tone of voice. Once he transfers me to his "supervisor" this other man ( which sounded exactly like him) had no idea of context of what the situation was which to me is unprofessional. Would you want to relay the problem to your supervisor before you supposedly transfer the call? Long story short I hope the call was recorded and is able to be pulled up and listened to. My husband later calls back and spoke to another gentleman and he assured us all the supervisors had left by 5 pm which means **** was lying as that initial call was held at 18:20 with screenshotted proof. I let **** know if he could leave a message for **** to call me back on Monday. The 2nd representative was helpful but no resolution to our initial problem.
