    I'm writing this so other associations that are considering using their services are forewarned. A previous board of directors was suckered into a 3-year contract with these people. We met with them to raise objections and they did nothing to correct their lack of service. They have no incentive to provide service because they've got a 3-year non-cancelable contract. The software that they have when you register visitors for their car tags does not work. They will also provide you reports telling you that they answer every call within seconds. That is total baloney. I have sat in a friend's car who was on my list and we waited ************************************************** through the exit when somebody was leaving. Our association gets constant complaints about the huge lines waiting to get through the gates. They also in their contract were to provide text messages every time a guest comes through the gate. They did not even know they had written this into their contract and they have never made this work. When it was brought to their attention they never adjusted the price and never attempted to provide the service. If you're association is looking to this company to manage your Gates I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
