      Same story as everyone else tried to buy laminated poster for $19.95 for the state of ******* and they sent me an invoice for $360 dollars plus!!! My bank account was then charged three times for this amount. I disputed the charge with my bank which I got my money back for!!!! A representative there called me in a very threatening tone after this, trying to bully me into paying after I had won my dispute. After letting her know she was being intimidating and unprofessional I hung up. Several months later they are now trying to scare me by sending this charge to a collections agency. Stay far away ridiculous scam with many bullying tactics used to force, scare, and coerce money out of you!

      They keep telling me that I need to buy a new labor poster for $200 like, every other month, citing new updates that need to be posted to avoid fines. I think at this point, paying a fine would be cheaper than paying them like $1200 a year...

      They slammed someone not authorized in our office and sent posters. I've talked to three people in their office and all they do is bully to get monies. I said I have the box but they won't send us a return authorization. I'm not paying for something I didn't order. Their response was well you have the box. I said that doesn't make it legit. I said send me the return authorization and i'll send the box back to you. Eventually I told them they were a piece of s*** and they told me I was unprofessional. I hung up. I'm done.

      complete bullies to small businesses. Even if the person they are talking to says they are not authorized to purchase AND they refuse to transfer to somebody that is, they will still send the $525.77 poster to you. I had to stalk our front door to make sure it was refused for delivery to *** and sent back to them. Yet they STILL call trying to get money.

      Hang up on them and throw away their mail IMMEDIATELY before they scam you into saying you bought something you did not agree to purchase.

      I made the mistake of ordering from this company one time years ago and they won't leave us alone. They call the office an make very aggressive "sales pitches" to the receptionist that are intended to make them sound like they are calling from some kind of regulatory body and that the receptionist has to say yes to get us in compliance. They take any statement that the flustered receptionist says to be an affirmative to place an order. As you may have guessed the receptionist isn't authorized to make purchases. They don't try to get someone on the phone who is because they want to bamboozle someone who has no idea what's going on. Then they start sending us bills for absurd amounts. I don't know how the feds haven't shut this place down, but they should.

      literally a scam of a business. Made an order with them and then they called me and tried to upsell me and refused to let me make original order. Reps were very rude and are salesman working on commission. Would have given this business 1 start but going to give 3 stars because the lady at the billing department was extremely nice and helpful

      Someone from this "company" keeps claiming that we made an order with them in September to have labor law posters sent to us. We never authorized this. The lady who called our office today was rude and kept reminding me that I was being recorded. She kept threatening me telling me we had a past due invoice that needed paid.

      Same story as the others I am reading. Got a call we were past due on a bill for $315.23 for labor posters that were sent wihtout any authorization. We confirmed no order had been placed on our end and when we disputed it our staff member was yelled out, demeaned and basically bullied by this company representative. We NEVER ordered these and are shipping them back. This company is an absolute scam! Don't be taken by them.
