  I finally found a way to make the calls stop!
  Long story short I enjoy tormenting phone solicitors and scam artists- and since this company is both, why not?
  I cut-&-pasted a bunch of the reviews here on the BBB site to an email along with the link to this page on the BBB site, and saved them to an email.
  The next time they called, I said I had all the info they asked for last time and would email it as soon as they gave me their email address. They hemmed and hawed at first so I told them to just forget the whole thing. Every time they did, I sent them the email with a little note attached. I won't divulge what was in the note but you can imagine.
  Some of these bozos have actually called several times and given different emails. No worries, I usually add "some people never learn" or some such.
  After I did that a few times, the calls from these dirtbags have stopped.
  Feel free to do the same thing. The more you torture them, the greater the odds that they'll stop trying to scam you. Unfortunately, that just means they'll just call the next name on their list, instead of being put out of business... but hey, one step at a time.

  I recently had them call back in June of 2022 to order our subscription of labor posters. I told them I wanted to wait and check around on prices. The person on the phone was very pushy and said it was necessary for us to buy their posters to be compliant. I told them that I understand that and I would call them when it was time to reorder. They have been calling my non stop now for two months at least 5 to 6x a week and have started to personally calling my cell phone. I will never do business with them again.

  Really disappointed in this Company. As an existing customer we still receive 2-3 calls a week demanding that we have to buy their products to stay "compliant". The callers are rude and disrespectful. Finally fed up with it we will not longer buy product from this company.

  I wish I'd hit the BBB site before we ever even touched this company. We received a mailer about the all in one poster for one low price. (I want to say it was around $20.) I got a call after it arrived about upgrading to an additional package that "automatically updates" our posters for compliance. I was quoted $100. Not only were we charged more than that, they call multiple times per week, sometimes in a row, using fear tactics to get us to spend more money. I'm at my wits' end with them. I might just block the number. Don't touch them with a 10-foot pole.

  I ordered 3 compliance posters for our business from this company using their online website. Their website led me to believe that the posters were compliant based on my state of business (VA). The next business day, I received a call from a pushy, aggressive, rude salesperson who tried to tell me that I would need to order additional materials to be legally compliant and that my order had not shipped out yet. He made it sound like the posters would not ship until I made the additions, however I still declined and told him I would like only what was purchased. In the days following, I received 3 more calls from the company, using the same spoofed number that was local to my area, only one of those calls I answered. It was a different salesperson using the same tactics, also informing me my order had not shipped because I had not agreed to the additional posters/charges. She hung up on me when I advised her we just wanted what we had ordered. I contacted the company's customer service line and cancelled the entire order after that. A representative (who's name and extension I do have) confirmed the cancellation, stated our order had indeed not shipped yet (a week after ordering) and that our credit card charges will be reversed. He would not provide a confirmation number or email. I am giving it a few business days to see if the charges actually do reverse before filing a dispute. I believe this company is operating under aggressive bait and switch tactics that border on advertising fraud where they hope to get unsuspecting customers to make unnecessary, overpriced purchases. I highly recommend seeking labor law compliance posters elsewhere.

  Personnel Concepts is the worst HR supplier. My Finance Manager has received 5-10 calls per week in the last two months regarding our annual HR compliance posters. Every time she has told them that we use a different supplier and asks to be removed from their list. That request has been IGNORED! The salespeople are rude and aggressive. The reason we switched to another provider is that Personnel Concepts charges 5-6x more than other companies. Total rip off!
