  Total Scam! Please do not pay attention to any correspondence you get in the mail from this company. They have a PO BOX in California but if you look them up they are based in Canada.

  his company is a complete Scam. They pretend to be affiliated with the Department of Labor by sending official looking letters to your place of employment about being out of compliance with Labor Posters. The red flag for me is their letter came from California and we are in Texas. So, I went to Texas.gov and sure enough it says - Posters can be printed FREE of charge directly from links on the Texas.gov page or by following links to the U.S. Department of Labor. Employers do not need to purchase required posters from private vendors. They are preying on business owners who are scared of getting fined for being out of compliance. You don't need this company. Consult your State's DOL to see where to get the posters they do not costs hundreds of dollars. Please don't fall for it. There should be a class action suit filed and they should be shut down. I can't believe the government has not come after them for fraud.

  Horrible service. They will call you multiple times saying that they need to confirm your order. Then they will try to increase your prices but trying to sell you posters you do not need. Very manipulative and deceptive.

  This company is a SCAM !!! Do not engage their salesforce at all !! They will continue to call you even when asked to take off the call list and even when you speak to a manager to have you taken off the call list!! THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUYT YOU!!!

  Took advantage of an elderly person via the phone. Claims they got them to say yes to ordering labor law posters over the phone when they don't even have any employees. Sent them posters without getting paid first then slap them with a bill for $275. Complete charlatans.

  This is a terrible company that will harass you non-stop. I'd give them negative stars if I could. They insist that their posters are required and you have to purchase from them or else you will be fined. This is not true. You can find the same information and posters from other companies for a LOT LESS than the $500 they're asking for. You can also find most of what you need online and print it for free. I have tried dozens of times to get them to stop calling us, to no avail. Save your time and sanity. Stay as far away from this scamming company as possible.

  This company is the worst. They are harassing on the phone, call multiple times and lie about who they are as well as the fact that they say they are a "government agency" and buying their posters is "required". Even their company ADDRESS is deceitful - I see at the left that their address is in Ontario, CA which would make one think of it being Canadian, but the zip code is in California. I don't know how they do that, but do not ever use this company. If I could give them zero stars I would (as I'm sure many other people would, too).

  Talk about harassment 101. It starts with one piece of paper in the mail to endless calls and e-mails. It went from me buying a labor law poster to a subscription yearly. This morning I received a call from the rep. Stating my bill was 53 days late, I told her I never agreed on it. According to them I owe them 231.89 cents for something I haven’t even received. We’re more then entitled to buy elsewhere or even retrieve them online. Now I’m stuck paying these people because I don’t want anything on my company record. What a shame.

  We are a small non-profit, and I am the only one that handles HR related tasks. Personnel Concepts called our office and told another staff member that they had already spoken with me, (not true), and they needed to verify the shipping info. They sent us the posters and a bill for almost $600 followed. I never approved an order, I never completed an order, and I never spoke with a representative about posters. The compliance posters they provide can be purchased at Staples for $50 give or take. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
