      I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding support we received from Satin. She was incredibly helpful in assisting us with getting our invoice paid and ensuring that taxes were removed from our bill, as we are a tax-exempt organization.Satin demonstrated great patience while I verified the payment status with our accounting team.
