      Do NOT use this company. Purchased gift certificate for my sons car. They no called no showed twice. I'm still trying to get back the money that I spent since the job wasn't done. Diana assured it would be back in my account and now she won't return my calls. Do not use this company!!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.0 OUT OF 5 STARS.THEY TINTED MY TRUCK WINDOWS AND A COUPLE DAYS LATER HAVE BUBBLES AND STREAKS.CALLED THEM ABOUT IT AND HE SAID BE THERE TOMORROW MORNING 10-11,TOOK OF A WHOLE DAY OF WORK AND NOBODY SHOWED UP,TRIED CALLING THEM WITH NO ANSWER AND NO CALL BACK,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.STAY AWAY FROM THEM.NOT ONLY DO THEY OWE MY TINT MONEY BACK,THEY ALSO OWE ME A DAYS WORK.THIS CRAPPY TINT JOB WAS DONE JUNE 2023.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....This should be a 0 stars.In January 2023 I had the windows of my sons car tinted. After the curing time we noticed that the front windows had some weird lines it them, as if the windows were dirty or something. We also noticed hairs in the windshield brow tinting. My son called the company many times to get them replaced. He was told so many times that they would be here on this day and they never showed up, not even a call. Or they would cal and say we will be there another day. But still they didn't show up. After a few weeks I decided to get involved. I emailed the company and was told they have a warranty procedure. So I followed that. I received another email stating that they are trying to get someone there that day. At 5:40pm on that day, my son received a call stating that they are on the way and they will be here in 20 minutes. At 6:43pm that day my son received another call stating that they would be out on Friday (today is Wednesday). At 6:53pm I emailed the same person I was emailing earlier. And at 6:59pm the person (I am assuming the installer) texted my sone and said he was turning around and coming back. Here it is 9:00pm and they did not show nor did they call.I have had every car I have owned tinted and never had any issues with the install or the company honoring their warranty. This company cannot be trusted and in my opinion, is a scam.Now I have to get a real tinting company to remove their horrible work and replace it.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....

      Mike and Dave are extremely unprofessional. They installed tint on two vehicles, they left scratches in the tint, I have texted several times. They have responded several times with excuses they never show up to repair.They were paid cash at the time of installation. It is 3 weeks and they still have not corrected the problem, very poor workmanship.These were two brand new vehicles.

      This is a 0 rating. Dave the OWNER and Mike installed tint on my Lanai windows back in 2019. I paid cash because they said they wouldn't charge tax if I did. I addressed streaking that I could see from the outside after it was completed and Dave said it would go away when it dried, IT DIDN'T!!!! I called multiple times and that means alot. Per Mike, I sent pictures and correspondence via text message, so I still have all the messages. Then in 2020-21 the tint started to have tiny bubbles and have blurring on them. I called and called and spoke with both Dave, his wife, but mostly with Mike. I got the run around all the time. They were either on their way and never showed or stuck in traffic and never showed but most of the time didn't respond. Does this sound familiar Dave and Mike, I'm sure it does. It is now 2022 and the tint has big bubbles. I haven't called them because I know that they will not respond or just give me the run around. I Don't know how people keep doing business with them. Oh yeah I do, Dave told me to go to u tube and see how fast he does car window and how he is the best at it. I see so many bad reviews from others customers without any results, it seems it is never Dave's fault. I have learned one thing from this business, never do business with anyone until you check BBB first. I would like a truthful response from Dave and Mike and I would like my money back.

      I purchased ceramic tinting for my Toyota Camry at my house with a lifetime warranty! The windshield and 3 door windows have failed with massive bubbling and delamination. A representative visited and confirmed that they all need to be replaced. I've been trying to schedule the appointment for 6 weeks to replace the tinting and had 6 different confirmed appointments where they failed to show up every time. Please use another provider as they do not stand behind their service.
