    The Seminole hard rock casino banned me from all hard rock casinos because I was eating dinner with people I had met a week or two prior and ********************* said he didnt believe me and now a lifetime ban was issued which according to my lawyer isnt even allowed. 1 year is the *** ban but I find it outrageous that I cannot go back now with my wife because they think I was cheating on an electronic roulette machine. Guilty by association? For a lifetime? Cmon man.

    My experience at the hard rock today was terrible security harassed and follow me they breached all my machines for winning and they also tried to hack into my phone and they stole my device and try to ask me for a code for my phone at the security desk which Im sure is not a proper technique for recruit re-covering someones personal information or personal property so at this point Ive been discriminated against not found for discrimination but I am filing a business complaint to check on employment employees at the casino hard rock in Tampa because of ***** and loyal and honest ways they are definitely doing things in that casino that is not approved up by state law

    I received a promotion in the mail today, 10/7/2022. It was for a 3 night stay and a $300 resort credit. I had actually already booked a room 4 days prior before receiving this promotion. I called to see how to get the resort credit and they said the days I already booked for the credit were taken already. I explained that I just received the offer TODAY and that I actually booked eligible dates 4 days ago which means the offer was not good EVEN BEFORE THEY MAILED IT!! I told them that is actually a scam. They couldn't seem to understand why I was upset. We are planning on getting married while we are down there but now I'm not sure I even want to stay now. The Hollywood location would have made good on that offer. The Tampa location doesn't seem to cater to the customer's who keep them in business. Why offer a package with resort credit if you aren't going to honor it???

    I was at the establishment 8/10/22 and played in 8/11/22. I have been going there ever since i moved down to tampa area little over a year ago. In all my years of playing diffrent casino games i never experienced what i did the morning of 8/11/22 when At one point i was playing a slot machine betting max bet i get the 2 max jackpot in line and when waiting for the third line to hit the machine magically says malfunction. I saw the third major jackpot simple there but the machine just started acting weird and said malfunction. I feel i was cheated at what i won and is totally unfair for a person who goes to the establishment and plays thousands of dollors on a regular. Noone even came by to explain anything and it is sad such a well known establishment where you gamble you money will allow something like this to happend when i see I actaully hit jackpot but than machine say malfunction and machine didnt even have the audacity to even replace my bet. Very very upsetting and disappointing. I am 100% sure if looked into my play that morning it will come up in system and noone from establishment has even reached out to me.
