    I use the online betting system approved by the State. The system only allows same-day bets. I made a same-day bet and won. I was not paid. When I asked for payment I was told I had placed the bet for the following day which, they acknowledged, is confusing to them as the system only allows for same-day bets. Despite their acknowledgment that their system failed, they not only refused to pay my bet but charged me a penalty for canceling the bet I did not place. What a racket!!!

    Seminole Hard Rock-Tampa is absolutely racist, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There is no competitor, they ask me to leave tonight even I didn't do any violation. They use the power to force me with their security guard to leave, even when I requested to speak to someone else besides a duty pit manager. They refuse my requested, and call security guard instead. I asked them what the reason is and why do I have to leave. Their answer was because I stand behind my friend and tell him what to bet! What kind of reason is that? This casino should be shut down, or someone out there has some power to investigate the true how they treat their customers.

    This.Casino is ran by ****. I had a stroke in there after about 8 hours of playing blackjack they refused to cash my chips. That is absolutely dumb in these times. They never know what some crazy person will do. Like follow there employees home and get intel on them.

    I arrived at 8 pm for a two night stay in a reserved Non smoking King Bed pool side room east tower. They notified us at check in that our room wasn't available and was given to someone else. The only room they had for us was a two queens smoking room that smelled horrible. Left this trip as a non smoker smelling like an ashtray. Very disappointed they would displace someone traveling from New York to Florida and pull a switch on the room at arrival. Never would I recommend this resort. The food was good and other services were satisfactory. Trip ruined when I was in a smoking area and not a King Bed we look forward too.

    I'd give them no stars or negative stars if possible. Just a bunch of ******* ***** ****** **** ***** Customer support is absolute trash! They should not, and by law are not allowed to run a monopoly. They do and act on what ever best interest them with little consideration for customers. There's no competition so why would they act any other way!Absolute trash company all around!!!

    Black Jack Players attention- if you have ever read anything on Blackjack they make it plain for you not to play where there is automatic shuffle machine and not to play where the Blackjack payoff is 6 to 5 meaning if you get a blackjack with a 5 dollar wager the payoff is $6.00 as apposed to $7.50 . Not all of the tables are this way but it seems to be leaning that way- A real swing in favor of the casino. Come on governor - let the state offer some competition.

    Hardrock Tampa casino are a bunch of thieves, all they will do is steal your money all the time, do not go there and waist your money trust me. really bad people the manager is white and he is a racist

    On hardrock bets they stole my money On a +3.5 bet means team can lose by 4 or if they win game ticket wins..******** tells me this is incorrect 2nd ticket cavs to win 2nd half which they did and hardrock says nets won they some crooks
