On August 16,2022 i called again suncoast credit union as they call ************
extention ******* # ***** and recieved no responsed went straight to voice mail so left message for suncoast to respond back to bbb.org for resolution. its been over a month and still no resolution to my complaint. CUSTOMER DEPOSIT. SHE ASKED DID I CHARGE ON MY DEBIT CARD CASH APP AND CREDIT ACCEPTANCE AND DISH I REPLIED NO AND I NEEDED TO FILE A UNAUTHORIZED DISPUTE BECAUSE MY
ONLINE ACCESS WAS RETRICTED BY BACK OFFICE I COULD NOT FILE DISPUTES FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. SHE THAN STATED I NEEDED TO GO INTO BRANCH TO FILE DISPUTES.
BY LAW I HAVE RIGHT TO FILE A DISPUTE BY PHONE, ONLINE BANKING, DUE TO MY UNUISIAL WORK SECDULE AND COVID PRECAUTIOUS I DONT FEEL SAFE GOING ONTO BRANCH TO FILE A SIMPLE UNAUTHORIZED DISPUTES TO CLEAR UP THE ISSUE SUNCOAST MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS THE CRIMINAL INSTEAD OF HELPING THEIR CONSUMER I RECIEVED A LETTER STATED MY PRIVALGES WERE SUSPENDED FOR 6 MONTHS DUE TO THE UNSUIAL ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH I WASNT RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT WAS TREATED AS IF I WAS ABUSING MY OWN ACCOUNTS AND EVEN RETRICTED MY CREDIT CARD AS A PUNISHMENT WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CHECKING I BEEN A SUNCOAST MEMBER FOR OVER 6 YEAR WITH STRONG DEPOSIT HISTORY I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS AWFUL TREATMENTBusiness Response

i recieved a letter from suncoast credit union stating my account is overdrawn which i am already aware of
due to the fraud debit charges that caused my account to overdrawn. and cannot dispute the fraud debits because of the hard retriction placed on my online banking profile once suncoast remove retrictions i can successfully file each fraud debit disputes unauthorized charged around july 7, 2022
i am hoping suncoast credit union compliance department can resolved these issues to a favorable resolution and to keep me as a continious consumer.

contacted suncoast at extention number given left on voicemail and recieved no available represenitive

i am requesting suncoast credit union to remove all retrictions and re-order debit card from lost and stolen debit card ending in **** that i never recieved.
as of todays date my credit card and online bankin is still retricted and cannot even make payment to my now past due credit card that was due on august 12,2022 its now late thanks to suncoast credit union.
if this complaint isnt resolved in satisfactory by august 22,2022 i will request account closure on the credit card and savings and checking account.

i have as a consumer reach max attempts to resolved my complaint details and on august 22, 2022 i am requesting all account closure from suncoast credit union due to their failed resolution.

i was unable to make payment because agent informed
me theirs a block on my account that suncoast put a retriction on it so i cannot make payment, trying to prevent payment i always pay ontime never late but this time it will be the bank fault.
i still cant log on my suncoast credit union online profile to make a payment there either.
as of todays date suncoast still havent resolved removing the online retriction and sending me a new debit card and removing all retrictions form my savings and checking, debit card and credit card

This complaint is against Suncoast Credit union My membership number is # ******* My complaint is that suncoast credit union is preventing paper statements on my credit card account ending in **** preventing paper statements that i requested so i can see whats billed and owed. however all i recieve in the mail with herassing daily phone calls from their collection department that i owe ***** on my credit card balance that i dispute. My entire balance was disputed as fraud last year. I do not owe anything is to why i never made a payment owed. But the bank is keep adding late fees to this small balance that i dispute. I cannot reach a live agent with the phone number on the letter given to me at ************** every time i call the line says suncoast is closed call back during normal buisness hours. which i have called numerious different buisness hours and recieve same messages. i also disputed the balance with all credit agencies that i owe nothing. suncoast credit union is not in compliance for reporting inaccurate balance and reporting late payment history marks on my credit reports. why is it so hard for this bank to send me paper statements to the mailing address they have on file??? Also on my checking account and savings info is retricted and cannot access account info threw online banking as i have disputed the unauthorized cash app transactions but suncoast credit union did not put items in dispute and froze my membership. also i recieve no paper statements and request paper statements including credit card account to be monthly mailed. Not by online electronic the consumer has the right to elect paper statements and paper communications expecially when their online access is retricted. I am requesting all negative remarks on my credit report for credit card ending in **** to be removed including removing the remaining balance not owed. requesting suncoast to contact their credit card team to change statements to paper statementsBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because:suncoast credit union claim i owe debt on a credit card but do not mail me a monthly statement by mail as requested to view its acurate of what they state i owe.
i am requesting paper statements suncoast is adding late fees and interests on a ***** credit card debt i do not owe due to fraud charges but the bank dont mail me paper statements to know whats being billed.
i do not have online access because bank decided to end membership as of march 21, 2023 for unknown reason but keep harrassing me and damaging my credit on a blance of ***** in fees
i still dispute the entire balance on the credit card due to fraud i did request cease and desist of communication but did not request to not recieve paper statements

I am rejecting this response because:This credit union make an easy request very difficult to send paper statements so i can see whats owed on credit card statement the bank retricted online access last year for unkown reasons
and prevented mailing paper statements and keep adding fees and late fees on a credit card bill of ***** of late fees and interest on a fraud balance not owed and preventing sending by mail
bank statements i previously dispute entire balance as fraud and incorrectly reporting t credit bureaus late payments when i am not late i am not paying on a fraud balance.
suncoast credit union needs to contact their credit card **** and turn off paperless statements

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.as long as my suncoast credit card is updated and negative history and negative remarks are removed from all credit agencies by 30 days
