PLEASE, we need someone to CLOSE THIS *** for the benefit of our mother who is 86 years old and in a memory care facility. There is no longer a need to keep this *** OPEN!

      I went to the 6801 e hillsborough location the last week of June and attempted to open the high yield checking account I saw advertised. I got there at about 4:40 it could have been a little earlier I spoke with a young lady with braces and long curly hair she told me her name was ***, she called me up I told her why I was there she said I don't think we can help you b/c everyone is with a member and we are about to close. I said ma'am i got here before 5 ive been sitting here. After that conversation her energy and tone completely changed. She then said I'll help you but her tone wasn't friendly it was an aggravated ill help you. I had to tell her again I wasted to open a high yield checking account with ****** dollars. She said I couldn't open it with funds that was already in the account. It had to be new money. I was trying to tell her the money in my checking came from 2 new deposits that was not my employer. And the money in my savings was also newly deposited and it wasn't ********** assuming she saw the balance b/c she started tell me about the high yield money market account. I told her i didn't want that just the checking. Then she told me I would have still deposit ******* I said that's not what you all advertised. She said the ***************************************************** to get i had to have a new ******* deposit. Again I had 3 new deposit that was not payroll. 2 deposit was tax returns and one was a check deposit from my lawyer. I kept asking questions b/c what she was saying didn't make any sense to me. Asking questions only aggravated her more. Needless to say i never open the high yield checking account. Long story ***** *** seriously has me thinking of closing my accounts. I've been with this credit union since I was a child. and im over 40 now.

      I am rejecting this response because: the initial denial by the Inverness ****** **** Starkey  stated that she soft pulled my credit report and in such Experian  issues a flag on my SSN number and name as potential fraud. The account was denied unless I present my SSN card which I did and hour later  despite that fact the initial application was denied.   Consumer requires a copy of the adverse actions which it was snowblowing it with well he came back the same day with his SSN card and we final approves it does not relive the. Of there obligation to provide me with said notice the only way I can address the erroneous information. Given them by Experian is to be provided with the initial notice by **** ******* asst ************* that my account opening was denied. Because of Experian reporting in incorrect information concerning my credit.  Under Federal law and the **** 15 USC 1681. And USC 12 1681. Which requires  and must explain when the initial application was denied   merely because later that day they reversed there decision based on me coming back later with my SSN card does not. Void these responsibility I. Providing me with the initial reason for denial.

      As standing Suncoast Federal savings is in violation. If my fair credit reporting act rights 

      I will not remove my claim they have clearly and fully admitted they refused the adverse copy I requested   

      This matter is not settled and compensation will be sought for There violations of my rights

      I called her back immediately and cannot be connected with that department. I called back the next day to speak with someone who gave the same story as the other 3 ppl at suncoast. What suncoast is doing is unacceptable. Suncoast is requesting information that IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE MERCHANT!!! I cannot stress that enough to suncoast. They are failing to listen and understand the problem. Besides the fact it took ******* 10 days to respond to my 48 hour request for a call back from the dispute department. Suncoast is protecting the merchant for doing fraudulent business and refuse to correct the problem.

That was over a week ago and I have not heard anything from them.Suncoast is not supporting me as a consumer and refusing to help with this situation.       I am writing to formally dispute the errors on my credit report concerning the account listed below. I have discovered discrepancies that I believe are the result of identity theft, stemming from the ************ breach in 2017.Creditor Name: SUNCOAST CU Account Number: ***********Opened Date: September 21, 2018 High Credit: $1,786.00 As a victim of the ************ breach in 2017, my personal information was compromised. Since then, I have been actively addressing the fallout of identity theft, and I filed a complaint with both the Federal **************** (FTC) and ***************** regarding this matter.I would like to point out that I have never opened, authorized, or made any transactions on this account with ********************** CU. The account does not belong to me, and I strongly believe it has been fraudulently opened in my name without my knowledge or consent.I have enclosed the relevant documentation to support my case, including a copy of my complaint filed with *****************, and other supporting evidence of identity theft.Given the nature of this dispute and the serious impact it has on my credit and financial security, I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that the erroneous account is removed from my credit report as soon as possible.Thank you for your attention to this matter. We had to confront our customer telling him there was likely an issue with his ck clearing in reality there was no issue. Bad business sincoast.       I have a been a member of the credit union on ********************** since I was 15 years old. That is 35 years. This bank is terrible. They way I have been treated the last year is unbelievably wrong. I cannot close my account. There have been fraudulent stuff happening to my account since December. I have tried to address this with this bank, I had to dispute they wouldnt take all of them. I lost close to ***** of my cash app account being hacked and then of *** fees based account being overdrawn because of fraud. I did what they asked, and then here I am today went to back to close my account for a disputed *** charge they gave me. I want peace and resolution I want my account closed. Now I will have stuff go through this account and my account will become overdrawn again, and I will have to pay these fees -Wash rinse repeat. This has got to stop. Please allow me to close my account take away all my *** charges today and moving forward. I want to be gone with a bank that no longer treats people like humans. It is gross. The manager of my bank, doesnt even care when customers are upset or feel taken advantage. Why would anyone want to be a member of a bank like that?

      Suncoast Dear BBB,Re: Suncoast Credit Union Account **** I'm writing to report an issue with my Suncoast Credit Union account #****. Due to my military deployment, the account was closed and mistakenly sent to collections. Fortunately, I've since resolved the issue with the credit union, and I'm making payments. The account balance was $500, and I've paid it down to $253.I recently contacted Suncoast Credit Union to request that they update my credit report to reflect the account's current status as "open" and "in good standing." However, one of their agents informed me that although the account is indeed open, it's not being reported as such on my credit report.I would appreciate it if the BBB could assist me in resolving this matter. I believe it's essential to ensure that my credit report accurately reflects my current account status, especially since I'm making timely payments.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
