    Gotu allows offices to discriminate against you and also does not follow their own policies.

    0/10. I do NOT recommend under any circumstance. No wonder why they changed their name from TempMee to GoTu, (because all the horrible reviews). I should have done my due diligence in advance, but was recommended by a FB group, so we went with them.Anyhow, they take thousands of dollars right off the bat to get started, which is no issue, but then they will ask you for your personal preferences regarding what you are looking for in a hygienist/temp hygienist, then tell you weeks later after you have multiple days filled with a temp hygienist they are unable to work with you any longer because of YOUR PERSONAL PREFERENCES. WHY WOULD YOU ASK?! It was nothing crazy that was noted regarding our personal preferences, just the fact we are looking for someone a bit more conservative. THAT IS ALL! And then we found out they are not working with us any longer and we will be receiving a refund, (still waiting on that refund..). SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!! Now we have to move all the patients around from the days that were filled by them, like we haven't moved our patients around enough. I just posted this information on several of my ******** groups and have found we are NOT the only ones that have dealt with this. Absolutely flabbergasted by this.

    I do not recommend. I have contacted GoTu (formerly TempMee) several times trying to receive a **** that, by federal law, should have been sent out by the 31st of January. We are now approaching the end of February and I have still have not received my ****. I've been in contact with them several times to no avail. I have had to file a formal complaint with the *** in another attempt to obtain my ****. Not worth the hassle.

    I used Tempmee for recruiting services. The initial assistant failed to report to work after a few weeks. Their replacement has the training and skill set of an elementary school child, despite Tempmee stating that they have over 2 years experience in a fast past office. They charged me $2000 for both of these awful assistants and now refuse to offer any replacement or financial compensation. Dentists, stay away from their recruiting service as you will end up with assistants that have VERY limited and marginal clinical training.

    TempMee has an option for express pay so you can get paid at the end of your shift…the office I was supposed to work at today cancelled on me only about 15 hours ago so I still get paid in full. I was only taking the shift today so I could get money today…and now TempMee is not responding to me and refusing to pay me!! BEWARE
