    I am a senior citizen and Epoxy EZ did my garage floor and it is no good . It will not dry It has been 7 days and all my stuff is setting outside and cannot bring it back in. They will not return calls and blocked me on their phone. I believe they should give me my money back. It is still sticky and will not ******. Please help. ******* ********* ************

    I hired this company at the end of January to resurface my garage floor. They told me that they have a 5 year warranty and even had it documented. After just a couple of weeks, the floor starts to peel. The owner, *******, refuses to answer my calls and text messages.

    Good afternoon,My name is **** ********* and my story starts when I saw an ******** ad with a company called "Epoxy EZ" and this company advertised that they will do an epoxy garage floor service. After texting with them online I agreed to do a plan called "Premium Plan" which has a 15 years warranty.... When they came to do the job they didn't even do half of the items listed underlined the "Premium Plan" and even worse after one week my epoxy floor started peeling.I try to contact the company online but they didn't answered anymore .....I went to the address that shows on the ******** account at *****************************************, but when I got there the person that was there said that Epoxy EZ don't have an address there.I made the payment to ************** because that's where I was instructed to make the payment...I hope you guys help me find this company .....

    They did this job on the 31 of July 2024, they said have warranty 5 years. The instructions after the installed was wait 5 days before you put the cars back on the garage, we wait 8 days instead to be sure and safe but not work anyway, two week after star peel the paint. I contact ******* by email, phone, message phone, whats app, and ******** messenger and he answer that he go to take care the situation and block me from messenger. And never answer again he is a fraud, the only way to pay him is cash or zelle. He not want to be responsible or do anything about warranty he offer. I start contact him ******* thru all the methods before mention and hia phone number ************ since August 26, 2024. This type of business make a lot of fraud here in ******* some need to take care this. Someone is getting rich with making fraudulent work to a lot of people in *******. Im a veteran retire but not rich I serve my time and did a lot hard work to get this job done to get screwed. Hope you guys can do something before more people got the same issues with clowns irresponsible like this. Have a bless day!

    Poor quality work and owner will not make good on warranty. Didnt complete work as agreed initially and incredibly rude and demeaning when confronted that the work wasnt done correctly or as the owner agreed. Immediately blocked me on ******** and refuses to return emails.

    On June 9th, 2024 we had an installer from EZ Epoxy LLC coming in to do an epoxy floor in our two car garage. They were offering this service at $399 with 5 years warranty for one coat of epoxy and if you wanted an extra coat, it would be $300 more for 10 years warranty. We agreed on the $399 which is what I paid for 5 years. I addressed my concern that the floor had a light coat of paint, so they can go prepared to manage that and in case there was an extra charge to remove it. He confirmed that for the same price, the installer will include an acid wash to make it last longer. I reported two days after, that the floor had some scratches and requested to be fixed. He assured me that he would send another installer to fix it. We have been back and forward with messages trying to re-schedule and there is always an excuse. As of August 8th he has not send anyone and the floor got worst as it started to peel off and it also stained. At this time, I just want my money back, as they did not deliver as advertised. They have constant ******** and Instagram ads, but they blocked me from Messenger and ********.

    They are not answer to repair and cover the warranty what they offer to me , the floor are pilling off
