    Horrible work. It’s not epoxy what they do. They used regular caulking to fix a slab crack. It’s surreal, really bad the quality of work.

    Epoxy Ez did my garage floor last week. Gabriel is the owner who I never met. He sent a man named Jean to my house to do the work. Jean didn't speak English but he seemed very nice. I used goodge translate. I was told he was certified. He arrived 5 hours late though. He left several times to get supplies from home depo. I thought they'd use commercial products!
    Anyway, he cleaned the floor (no sanding which i questioned) then painted w the epoxy home depo paint 2 layers then added flakes then one top clear coat. I couldn't walk on it that day but the next day I noticed imperfections. There were weird lines, missing flakes in some areas and a few days later I had peeling. I messaged the company on fb and he blocked me. I contacted Jean the tech and he came out and said not to worry he is responsible and will take care of it. Well, he later asks for 450 to do the job to fix it. He told me Gabriel owes him money. I've been trying to contact the company but no luck. They block me on all my fb accounts and text. I want a refund on Zell or it done correctly with quality products. I'd rather a refund to have someone else do it.

    They did an incomplete job with a terrible results and I didn’t get back from them. I request my job done or my money back but they don’t answer my calls or texts
