Hace un ao y un mes atrs,utiliz esta compaia para realizar un fence en mi patio. Primero, Si no estaba pendiente me hiban a montar un fence incorrecto. Segundo, realizaron el fence hasta horas de la noche. Tercero, Lamentablemente nunca me d cuenta que el fence estaba mal realizado, ya que desde mi lado de vista de la propiedad estaba perfecto, pero no, no era as desde la vista de los patios de mis vecinos( el fence no est alineado y est en zic **** al igual que el portn desalineado. Se preguntaran un ao y no lo vistes?, pues NO, no lo v por que yo no entro al patio de mis vecinos . Me comuniqu con ******, le pregunt sobre la garanta y le expliqu la situacin y me dijo que el vecino desde el da 1 debi decirme (NO, el vecino no tiene obligacin de decirme. Se supone que desde el da 1 hayan realizado un excelente trabajo). **** dijo que vendran un da a repararlo y no llegaron, que vendran al dia siguiente y tampoco. Y peor no responden a mis llamadas. Est compaa no est comprometida en dar un buen servicio de calidad. ME PARECE JUSTO que me arreglen el error que cometieron, yo no pagu $$$$ para que me hicieran un fence desalineado. Y no, definitivamente NO los recomiendo a Nadie.

I contacted ******, asked her about the warranty, and explained the situation. She told me that the neighbor should have told me from day one (NO, the neighbor is not obligated to tell me. They're supposed to have done an excellent job from day one). She said they would come one day to fix it, but they didn't come, that they would come the next day, and they didn't. And worse, they don't answer my calls. This company isn't committed to providing quality service. I think it's fair that they fix the mistake they made; I didn't pay $$$$ to have a misaligned fence built. And no, I definitely do NOT recommend them to anyone.

*** Fencing Solution installed a fence for me and they were paid in full. They refuse to give me an invoice stating what I paid. I need this for my records. They dont return my calls or text. We hired ****** Fence Solutions to repair our fence due to hurricane damage. The agreement was to repair all damaged fence posts and correct leaning. We still have 2 remaining fence posts that have not been repaired. The repair work was rushed as it was completed in only 1 hour. We are filing a complaint against Joses Fence Solutions **** located at ************************************************ October 2024, we reported issues with a brand-new fence installed by the company for which we paid $5,800.00. The fence was sold to us with a one-year warranty, and we began experiencing problems within the warranty period. We contacted the company promptly to report the issues.The owner informed us that we would be added to their service list, citing an influx of calls due to Hurricane ******. Since that time, we have not received any follow-up or resolution. Despite multiple detailed messages left by my husband, the company has not responded to our inquiries or taken any steps to address the warranty claim.We feel this lack of response is unacceptable and constitutes a failure to honor the warranty agreement. We request that Joses Fence Solutions **** fulfill its obligation under the warranty and promptly address the issues with our fence.We hope the Better Business Bureau can assist us in resolving this matter. We do an installation for *************************** and offer a labor warranty for 1 year ,same to all our customers ,he send me a message last week for some repair on a few gaps between the panels and l already make an appointment for thursday march 14 around 1 pm ,l have all the pictures And message from this family but this guys its really uncontrastable, he was disrespectfull and degrading to me and to our company because we are a latin company,because my workers don't speak english very well. I am on the best way to fix this problem asap ,its just a simple adjustment on the fence. Otherwise we can returned his money and take our materials back . I am rejecting this response because: it has been over 2 weeks and we have seen no one for the walk through of the corrections needed which may take 10 minutes they keep calling my son a racists when he is the one that said they sounded good enough to try we have some bad high wind storms shortly after the job completion which happened in the dark on a fri my son asked if we could settle that balance up monday so we could walk the job together in the light. the woman started screaming at my son over and over pay at finish pay at finish so i gave in and did that a few pickets are not correct leaving gaps and the u channels that are to be install on each end of the panel to also help hide any gaps very few were actually installed. at the last the owner said she would call me sunday and set inspect time no call so now she attacks me about sunday being her only day off and she makes no calls but she set it up i have always said no hurry just open communication of which there has been none someone speaking english will have to walk the job and issues with my son i am 90 years old and these people at this time have me afraid. even in the business response to you you see they attack my son who again is the only reason i decided to try this company so now they tell the world he is racists not good to throw words around lilke that in todays world.just want some broken pieces replaced the missing u channels installed and some kind of confidence that the rest of the i year install warranty will be honored and it is in writing on the contract. they even took my credit card info which i thought was for a 50% deposit and bought items at a 3rd party fence supply company so i have a name on my cc bill that i do not know they should have charged my card with their company name and then spent what they needed for supplies. it would appear if we would have just waited the few days from friday eve in the dark to monday and did a proper walk around of finished job the thing neeed could have been scheduled. also i see something here about thurs around 1 but i recieved a text that no one would be coming and they once again bad mouthed my son the one who actually hired them in the first. i feel i have one shot at this as the rest of the 1 year warrant will be as much of a hassle as this has turned out to be. so they can refund the entire install fee of ******* *** we can seek another to redo the project properly and get a warranty from them that will not take all this fighting over just to get things handled again i am 90 years old and my son will speak sl;ow and respectful as the job is inspected to a level that we are satisfied. he will also not deal with a group of men not speaking english as his saftey is important also. the u channel are a 3.50 pice at retail and we have now read that many companies short them to cut costs what a shame

1-13-2024 hires to put up a pvc fence and take old fence out 1 year warranty labor lifetime materials. have been back for some installation issues not warranty issues. a few things here get looked at and then with the next wind same and or more flaws from poor install show up only owner speaks english so they say so some times they had sent a couple a men that no english so no way to get anything done. been put off as for as the owner coming out with detail worker to correct all install issues and wow if warranty issues come up dont see much help there. i am 90 years old and sometimes men that cant even speak to me make me fearful and that has not been addressed sometimes my son visits he tried to help and was called a racist and other things by the owner just for trying to help me. i had decided to let them try again and it did not hold up then i had decided to move on from them accept a certain amount of money and get install repaired by another check never came then owner said need new account will send pic of check well no trust anymore over 2 days have past no pic of check and it should have arrived by now anyway i gave then a c.c. for deposit for them they took it to a supply store and that store whom i know nothing of showed up on my statement i never approved any 3rd party use of c.c. and **** says not allowed to due that anyway so i am seeking total refund of all labor costs with the job materials belong to me personally as that supply store is on my c.c. statement as tambay fence supplies and home renovations right there is a fraud issue with the use of the card information so since i cannot get install fixed and will have no warranty and feel threatened at times i no longer want any one assoc. with the company at my home and request the ******* which is the total costs of the install as per my c.c. statement i bought paid for and own all supplies which was an amount of ******* separate from the ******* in labor. will be filing order of protection

Las personas aqu en question tienen conocimiento de las reparaciones hechas en esta propiedad ,despues de tantas ocasiones hiendo y viniendo para arreglar pequeos detalles en la instalacin del fence por ltima vez se decidi enviar a los trabajadores para arreglar una ******* y un poste terminal ,mis trabajadores llegaron 8:30 am a la propiedad y los clientes negativamente rechazaron el arreglo porque tenan que ir a las 10 am porque ellos no estaban listos para recibir a nadie. Desde el primer momento se les dijo que se iba a pagar directamente con la compaa donde se compra el material Total Quality Fence y no se les cobr ningn cargo extra solo lo establecido ni siquiera el 3.5% de fee por pagar con tarjeta.Acto seguido al final del trabajo se le hizo una rebaja de $300 dolares y ahora se les envo un cheque nuevamente por la cantidad de ********************************************* parece un oportunismo demasiado ****** que me digan que pueden resolver la reparacin con 500 dolares y que sigan aprovechndose de la situacin. La seora **** se acoje a que tiene 90 aos como si le hubiramos faltado al respeto y en realidad la falta de respeto ms ****** la tienen ellos que todos los das se inventan algo nuevo. Mi sistema legal est trabajando en este caso porque es demasiado .Mi pequeo negocio nunca se ha visto envuelto en semejante proceso y estn hablando cosas sin sentido. I am rejecting this response because: the check in the pic never came just a picture i sent 2 invoices from other companies for repair and correction of install one is about ******* the next one came in at ******* have just sent that to company and one more was done today and will be sent when it arrives that will be 3 should be enough and i have no clue as to the written response shown on here as i only speak english and the amount of the check in the pic will not cover the work as of the two invoices received we will see how the third one comes out would like every one happy at the end of this the materials came from ***** fence supply and home renovation forgot will need that invoice for future replacement parts and a manufacturer warranty
