    I hired this company to replace all my wooden fencing that were destroyed during the hurricane, I consulted the Better Business web page to find a reliable company. On the site *** Fencing Solutions had an A+ rating so I felt confident in giving them a 50% down payment for my fencing contract on 10-18-24 of $1,841.00 When work was finally started 1 week after the agreed upon date it was obvious that the fencing was being installed in a sloppy manor, crooked slats, uneven spacing with large gaps and not the required nails to secure, making the fence not up to code.I notified ***** (company president and sales person) immediately and she promised to send a crew out in a few days to correct all the mistakes and completed the job.She never showed or called. When I was able to reach her she agreed to refund my deposit of $1,841 Over a month later I do get a check in the mail for my full deposit as a refund. This check bounced and when I call Ms. ***** again she said she was sorry and would send me the cash. This was one month ago and I have not heard from her or received any *************** the meantime *** had to hire another company to correct her inferior work and complete my fencing ****** gives me no pleasure to have to report a small company. I have given them ample time to make things right to no avail. They have lost my trust and future customers should be warned
