      The gate control mechanism failed to open and close out driveway gate. We called Fix and Go and they came 3/3/25. We paid $525.00 and they assured us that it was repaired, That same day the gait mechanism failed to work once more. We checked the computed board and operation manual, and it indicated that the computer board may be faulty, yet they only changed the batteries on 3/3/25. We called at least six times thereafter and were finally told a technician would come on 3/7/25. No one showed up or called . We called again and were told that a technician would come on 3/8/25 and no one showed up or called. Out gait mechanism is under warranty and Fix and Go is who installed it originally and we would like them to honor the warranty and fix the problem and not charge us as we have already paid for services that did not resolve the issue.
