      bsolutely horrible experience working with this company, the owner is downright rude and makes threats after not being able to do the work that he says they can do . Instead of fixing the gate . I have a video of the technician sitting in my backyard drinking soda and relaxing in my chair . After saying he completed the job . The gate shakes back and forth upon opening . The welding done to the gate is absolutely horrible and they come and drop the gate off with pieces still missing from the gate and state that it will be fixed last Friday . Now here we are Monday and I get told that if I dont want to wait I can find someone else. So my girlfriend leaves a review and I get threatened that if its not taken down I can find someone else to fix the problem that they have caused . Which is no problem . I do not want this scam artist company near my property at all . I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS AND TAKES NOTE THAT THEY ARE GOING TO SCAM YOU . **** makes threats to block you when you ask them to do their job that you paid for .ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER . Not only did they not fix my gate but they have cost us more money to now have to replace the gate with someone else . This will be continued.Ill see you in court OHAD

      This company is rude, unprofessional and has outrageous prices. Gouging people. They don't know what they are dong with Viking gate rolling gate operators and linear controllers. They made 2 half hour service calls and should have completed the job but made a mess of things and started barking at me. The part they ordered was $26 on ****** and they charged me $1350 for part and labor. It should have been one hour labor with a qualified technician. I called numerous times and request to speak to the owner or owners. No return call. Now when I call the office they send me to voice mail. They too a 50% deposit which I was very hesitant to give for a $26 part and I was right. Bad move!!! they were only here 2 times for less than an hour each time. My gate for business has been down for 3 weeks now. I plan to take them to small claims for my money back and court costs if they don't have my gate fixed this week. Its not the money its the principle. It appears from the reviews this company is bad news.

      ******* * This company is a scam The company sent out a guy to fix my gate he never did the pole that he put up rocks back-and-forth. The company said they were sending the man back out. He said his car broke down. He never did they took my money job was never done. My husband called them several times and I did too. Do not use this company because they are scams. They just gonna take your money.

      I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend Fix and Go MB HOME IMPROVEMENTS Elite Gates Openers Service Driveways Automatic Gates Seals & Repairs Website: https://drivewaysautomaticgatesrepair.xyz/ Fix and Go Gate and Garage Door Services, Inc. Ozzy is Dishonest and does not communicate. He was in constant contact with me during his sales process but once I agreed he was totally missing and will not return phone calls. Ozzy uses customer service representative in another country plus he charged my credit card incorrectly and worst of all – without my permission. I have contacted the authorities to investigate his dishonest business.
