    ************************* and his crew with Fresh Start Development made this whole miserable experience with the hurricane and the insurance company much easier. All the workmanship was top notch. The crew were courteous, ********, and very neat. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs.

    ZERO STARS - Katrina M. is extremely unprofessional. I called Freshwater today and asked who I was speaking to they just recently purchased the property I live at. Aside from the rent being raised $500, she had my significant other sign the new contract without disclosing she also expects us to pay 100% of the water bill. When I called to discuss this matter, she was rude and told me "Don't call my phone then B****!". I am baffled, that this "Landlord & Business Owner" conducts herself in such manner. I refuse to give such a person any of my hard earned monies.
