on 2/6 i was sent information by my husband whom heard about this revolutionary pain medicine from a television add. i went on this product's website which in the beginning looked legitimate. Once i entered by credit card number, the site took me all over for additional product ads and the disclaimers etc. disappeared. I immediately called their support number and requested an immediate cancellation and made it very clear i was not going to approve any subscriptions - they informed me cancellation was impossible and they would offer a refund. i wrote an email right back again making sure there was no subscription service. on 3/7 i was charged another $239. I have yet to have received the inital $83 refund promised. After many calls, i received an email today (3/11) dated 3/3 that the subscription is cancelled. The support staff blamed me for not having cancelled the subscription based on their disclaimers. I referenced my email dated 2/6 stating i was not approving any subscriptions. They then hung up on me.

I am rejecting this response because:  This is unacceptable.  I provided proof of the following:

      1.  On 2/2/2024 - I went on your site for the original order, at no time did i press or select a button for final purchase.  I realized this was a SCAM and desperately tried to quit - i was taken to some rogue site w/malware that downloaded to myc computer and had no way to get out of the repeated adds.  I immediately contacted support to cancel the request and you all refused and this was BEFORE the order was filled and/or even shipped.  My work bills me to my customers per hour, and I i just didn't have the time to fight.  After our horrible and disappointing conversation, i sent an email explicitly stating CANCEL all subscriptions.   At that time i was informed i would receive $83.99 refund.  To date this has not been received.

      2. on 3/3 i noticed another $299 for the subscription renewal.  A promise to refund $119 is unacceptable for your mistake.  I expect a full refund.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************

I saw their ad on a news feed on my phone. I read an article about their gummies and decided to order. They were running specials and I purchased a one time, buy one bottle get one free at *****. I was charged ****** and called the customer service number. I spoke to a female with a thick Indian accent and told her I was erroneously charged for two bottles. She apologized and refunded me *****. I then was charged ****** a few weeks later and called them again. I reached who sounded like the same person, female with Indian accent. I advised that I was erroneously charged again for the gummies when I only ordered a one time bottle. She said the I had ordered a subscription and since I did not call in to cancel, I was charged. I told her that I only ordered a one time bottle and she said that there was nothing she could do and no refund could be issued. I told her that I did not order a subscription and insisted on a refund. She said the best she could do it refund half. I told her that I was going to file a complaint and she laughed. She was very unprofessional, talking and laughing with others in the background while I was on the phone. Of note, the gummies I received did not look anything like to ones I received. They are filled with sugar, chemicals and corn syrup. I tried three and it's like eating nothing but candy. I have thrown them away as I don't believe they have any CBD in them at all. I feel this is a scam as I have not been able to locate this business and the name on my banking statement is Earth Hemp Life which I can't find, neither can I find Activgenix. I am requesting a full refund of money spent on this junk product and I'd like this business investigated for fraud. I want my $****** back.
