    Since Hurricane *** our internet service has been very spotty. My husband and I called in to customer service multiple times and each time we're told that our satellite signal was strong. On Feb 3, 2023 I randomly receive an email for the cost to upgrade our service. I never ask to upgrade my service! After multiple call ins, the tech says he would run a test and had me go to speedtest.com which our speed was only 1.2 when it should be close to 10 and then another week goes by and service tech calls back to repeat the same test with the same results. He told me he would contact his superior but haven't heard anything since! I called in

    We have been trying to contact this customer regarding her service. The location is getting their speeds they are paying for.  They need to upgrade since they have many devices using the existing speed package they are paying for and occasionally maxing out their package.
