A great deal of time can be spent filling out lengthy forms before finding out that there is a charge for completing them.EForms.com

The business has contacted me directly in an effort to get me to reconsider my review. They also sent me the forms I created on their site on a one-time basis. In an effort to show that their forms were available free, a link was sent to instructions on how to achieve this. I followed the link and followed the instructions, but was confronted with a page that did not show the same options displayed in those instructions, namely, the option for the free form. The business suggested that I was using a link leading to the paid area. However, I tried using both the link they supplied as well as the method most users would use- a ****** search for the form and clicking on a result describing "Free" forms. Both led to a page without the option for a free form. I suggested they examine the html title labeling of that web page as it displays the title suggesting a free form was available on that page. I'm hopeful that they will correct the problem and make it possible to readily access these forms if they are, indeed available free of charge. If those changes are made and I am able to access free forms, I will happily update my review.Review fromKathy T

Eforms claims the forms are free. I filled one out only to find out there's a charge. Their FAQ says the links to download free are under the form, but there are none. The area where they claim they should be is conveniently covered up by a large box with the heading "How It Works" and there's no way to delete, minimize, or move it. I would think with all the complaints if there was an error on their website, they would have found and fixed it by now. All these people aren't filing complaints for fun. Also beware when searching for forms, Eforms comes up under many different names. Incredibly deceiving, avoid them at all cost.EForms.com

Wish I had checked this website for reviews of eForms before I soiled myself with them - cost me $196. Be sure you read all the complaints or at least get a flavor of them before you do any business with them. Also for a laugh, read the few favorable ones. There are some businesses that ride the dark edge of legality and there isn't much that can be done about it. BEWARE!

This customer signed up for our Monthly Subscription Plan and did not cancel for over five months following the 7-Day Free Trial. When contacting our Customer Support Team after the most recent renewal, our agent processed a refund for the most recent charge. This refund was offered as a courtesy based our refund policy and escalated to management for further review of the additional refund requests (per standard operating procedure), informing the customer he'd hear back from management within 1 to 2 business days.
The customer filed direct disputes with PayPal for the other transactions, claiming he never signed up for a subscription before our management team could reply to the escalated request two days later. Our CSM informed this customer that as the disputes were filed directly, the additional transactions were in a 'HOLD' status while PayPal conducted their investigation, and we could not provide any further refunds at that time. The customer was also informed that as the direct disputes were filed, eForms had to abide by the decision stemming from its investigation.
PayPal found each of the dispute cases in eForms' favor due to the customer activating a Monthly Subscription Plan and not canceling though renewal payment confirmation emails were sent at each new billing cycle. eForms had to abide by PayPal's decision.
We do wish that customers would contact us first prior to filing direct disputes with PayPal. We do not have the ability to edit a transaction once a direct dispute has been filed.Review fromMichael R

eForms is very deceiving. I need a document (receipt for donations received) for a nonprofit. I did a google search and eForms led me to believe I could do it for free. Once the document was created they wanted $16.59 to print or down load. Reluctantly I agreed only to find out I had signed up for a 1 year subscription at the price of $199 charged all at once. I asked for a refund and was given the runaround of a supervisor will be in touch. This was through their online chat. I called and got the same runaround.

We offer our forms for FREE as blank templates without registering an account or entering any billing information whatsoever. Every FREE form is available per the individual state's compliance standards in Adobe PDF, ********* Word, or as an ODT file. Each form is available as a FREE download on that specific form's webpage on our site.
If a customer elects to utilize our form-filling software instead of downloading the FREE form (an optional upgrade elected by the customer), that service comes with a premium plan. All pricing options are listed in our Terms of Use, displayed in full transparency on our pricing page, and reiterated before checkout. This customer elected to activate an Annual Plan after completing his form. The Annual Plan costs $199.00 and is advertised as a one-time upfront payment for the entire year. Our pricing page also shows how it is a savings of 66% (breaking down to $16.59/month) when compared to the cost of an active Monthly Plan at $49.00 for 12 months, which would otherwise be $588.00.
It seems that this reviewer did not read the description when selecting the Annual Plan from the pricing page options. After selecting the plan, the customer proceeded through the checkout page which reflected the $199.00 one-time payment when he entered his billing information.
Our support agents do not have the administrative access to process an Annual Plan refund, so it was escalated to management for review. Typical response time for management is 1-2 business days, though our customer support manager responded to this customer's escalation in less than 24 hours. We would have normally refunded this charge as a professional courtesy based on the customer's misunderstanding, though the reviewer had already filed a direct transaction dispute with ******, the merchant selected at checkout. The transaction is now in a HOLD status while ****** conducts its investigation. We must now abide by ******'s decision once the investigation has concluded.

EForms offered me a free template to use for a lease Agreement "FREE"This was no trial or anything like that. Then about a week later I see a charge for $50 from my bank account. These people are scammers. Do not use this service and if they charge your bank contact the Florida police.EForms.com

This customer still had the ability to obtain her forms for FREE, even after using our premium form-filling services, as she activated our Monthly Subscription Plan, which comes with a "no obligations" 7-Day Free Trial period for new subscribers. The only reason the account was billed is because the customer did not cancel within the ***** Free Trial period.
When she contacted our support team on December 19, 2024, our agent explained the activity on the account and why it was billed. As a professional courtesy, we processed a refund for the initial charge the same day. Less than a 1 star.Started the 7 day trial. Went in to edit the forms I created, entered a 2nd email address I use for business purposes and was charged.Customer service says their policy is only 1 account per email address. Now I have been charged 2 $49 fees, even though I have an email confirming my ****************** money grab company.EForms.com

We respectfully request that this review be removed as this customer was denied a refund due to violating our Terms of Use.
Each user has the option to activate a Monthly Subscription Plan that comes with a 7-Day Free Trial period for "new users" only. This customer activated two (2) separate Monthly Subscription Plans under different email addresses, utilizing the "new member" free trial periods under each account. Each subscription was used to create the same forms, and this reviewer's name and billing address were associated with each account.
The first subscription was canceled within the 7-Day Free Trial period, so the form created using our propriety form-filing software (a premium service) was obtained at no charge. When the customer failed to cancel the second subscription within the trial period (though ineligible per our Terms of Use), the secondary account was billed. Our support team informed the customer that the second account was ineligible for a refund due to violating our Terms of Use, providing supporting documentation confirming the violation.
Each user is only allowed one Monthly Subscription with a single 7-Day Free Trial, as that offer is available to new subscribers only as a way for customers to try out our services without any fees. When our customer support manager explained why the secondary account was ineligible for a refund, the customer stated she was going to leave negative reviews on public forums.

This customer was not issued a refund due to the transaction being disputed directly with PayPal prior to contacting us on November 17, 2024. The account was automatically billed due to no cancellation being requested during the 7-Day Free Trial period. The terms of the Monthly Subscription and 7-Day Free Trial timelines are presented to the customer in our Terms of Use, on our FAQ page, and reiterated on the checkout page prior to the customer entering any billing information0...
When a transaction is disputed directly with PayPal, the transaction is placed into a "HOLD" status while PayPal conducts its investigation. This information was relayed to the customer when she contacted us after disputing the charge directly. We informed the customer that as the dispute was filed prior to contacting us directly requesting a refund, we are in the hold status, and must abide by the decision stemming from PayPal's investigation.
PayPal found the case in eForms' favor on November 24, 2024, citing that a digital service was provided under the Monthly Subscription Plan, no cancellation was made by the customer within the trial period, and all timelines and terms of the subscription were presented to the customer appropriately prior to activating the subscription.Review fromJanis D

I needed a legal document to ensure my mother could remain in my home in case something happened to me. EForms provided me with a Beneficiary Deed which I was able to file with the recorders office. I am very pleased with the service and efficient process offered by EForms and will not hesitate to utilize them for any further documents that I require.EForms.com
