Customers can cancel at any time from their eForms dashboard, via ****** directly, or by contacting our customer support team via phone, email, or live chat. We provide these instructions on our checkout page, and in our FAQs. 

  After reviewing this user's account, we can confirm that the reviewer utilized our subscription-based services in the past, and successfully canceled by emailing our customer support team. The reviewer recently reactivated a Monthly Subscription Plan on August 26, 2024, and no cancellation request was made until the user canceled directly via her dashboard on September 27, 2024. No communication was received from the user since the reactivation on August 18, 2024. 

  We can confirm the subscription was successfully canceled on September 27, 2024, though the user maintains access to her account and all services under the Monthly Plan until October 26, 2024. The subscription will not renew, and the account will not be billed again.

  Would give a zero if it was allowed. I went to cancel my 'free trial', and showed I had no subscription. The next day I was charged via ******. I was told I didn't cancel on ******. It is unreasonable to not allow a cancellation via the same method I used to sign up for a free trial. Have traded emails about their 'policy', Sad to see a a company hide behind 'policy' in order to ***** it's customers. The form I loaded couldnt be used so totally wasted $49 on a 'free trial' that I couldn't cancel because it was made inconvenient on purpose to avoid cancelling. Good Riddance.

  We respectfully request this review be removed as the experience is not genuine based on violating our Terms of Use. The customer was presented with an inactive status upon logging in, as he was attempting to log in using credentials from a previously utilized subscription that had already been canceled. A secondary account was registered and another 7-Day Free Trial was utilized.

  Per our Terms of Use, we limit 'Free Trials' to one per user (new members only). Our database reflects two different emails and both are linked to the same user/billing profile. We can confirm the reviewer's second subscription, associated with ************************** was canceled per his request when contacting our customer support team. Though canceled, the user has access to his (secondary) account and documents until Oct 24th, 2:07 PM. The subscription will not renew, and the account will not be billed again.

  Again. Hiding behind a policy instead of trying to rectify an issue is not a credible response. Any 'robot' can simply regurgitate policy. That's why companies fail. 3 pages of terms and conditions done make a good company or service. Driving away customers is easy. Keep customers is hard. Do the hard thing and keep customers through simple terms and money back guarantees. I will not be back and will tell as many people as I can about my experience with you. Not enough people take the time to share, but I feel strongly that scanners should have consequences.

  I was sent no notification that "my service" was going to be added in a monthly payment plan. NONE. The only way I found out is that my payment service sent me a receipt for payment to these people. I didn't even download any documents. NONE. Now I am out $200. See their "boilerplate" response below. Blah, blah, "should have read the fine print." Unscrupulous. Horrible that they can do this to people.

  The account associated with ************************ was created by this user to sign up for a Monthly Subscription Plan. The plan was utilized to create and download a XXXX Official Bill of Sale on June 12, 2024, at 1:21 PM EDT, during the subscription's 7-Day Free Trial period. If no cancelation is made within the 7-Day Free Trial, the subscription renews at $49/month per our Terms of Use until canceled. The terms of the subscription and trial period are reiterated upon customers entering their billing information prior to initial download.

  All pricing options are listed in our Terms of Use, reiterated prior to checkout and initial download, displayed in full transparency on our pricing page, and is listed on our FAQs page. As with any subscription-based service, it will remain active until canceled per the user's request. There was no cancellation request made until the user emailed our customer support team on Saturday, September 21, 2024, so the subscription renewed monthly until then. This user utilized a third-party merchant ********* and the merchant sent monthly notices of the renewal and payment confirmation via email to the account owner.

  Our support team replied to the user's email the same day, informing him of the account activity, and canceled the subscription per his request. Though canceled, the user has access to all of our services until October 20, 2024. The subscription will not renew, and the account will not be billed again.

  It does represent the "genuine experience". Just look at the reviews and dissatisfaction of people you've hoodwinked. Wake up. Stop doing this to people, and the poor reviews will stop. Or refund the money. $200 for a bill of sale? Thank goodness ****** was emailing me.

  They don't disclose that downloading a single form will cost you $50. I tried a million times, but there was no way to download the form without signing up or any way to download it blank. They claim it's free, but after obtaining your information, they charge you without warning

  This business is a money grab. They take your information before they CHARGE you. Do not use it. I wasted time entering personal information in a form and then was asked to pay for a subscription or a one time $55 fee to use the information I entered! Sure, I could have gotten a 2 week trail that would have automatically converted to a paid subscription, but that required entering payment information! Very sneaky and not an ethical approach to dealing with getting new customers. DO NOT USE.

  We are respectfully requesting that this review be removed or amended as it was left in error by the reviewer. This reviewer contacted our customer support department via email yesterday, July 10, 2024, claiming they didn't know what the charge was for. They threatened "legal action and to leave negative reviews to online review sites."

  Our support agent replied to the reviewer's email, explaining what the charge was for, canceling the subscription, and processing a refund for the charge as a one-time courtesy. The reviewer replied to our agent's email, apologizing profusely, realizing it was something they needed, and asked to reactivate the subscription. 

  We ask to please have this review removed from our business profile based on the reviewer's admitted error.

  This business charged my credit card. I called them the day it was charged and told them i had tried to cancel before the charge and they wouldn’t help. Customer service was not helpful and didn’t care that i tried to cancel. It was like he said we already charged you and noticed you went on the account today so there is nothing we can do about it. This business is a complete ripoff and scam. Do NOT do business with eForms. They will RIP you off!!! Not a happy customer.

  We respectfully request that this review be removed as it is not representative of the account holder's activity, nor the interaction with our customer support staff.  All customer activity and communication are timestamped for quality assurance. This customer created an account and registered for our Monthly Subscription Plan that comes with a 7-Day Free Trial for new members on July 13, 2024.

  There was no cancellation request made within the initial free trial period, so the account rolled over into the initial monthly billing cycle on July 19, 2024. Following the charge, the customer logged into their account and downloaded a form multiple times within the active billing cycle prior to canceling the account at period end. After canceling at period end, the customer called our customer support department requesting a refund. Our agent reviewed the account activity with the customer and informed her that the account was marked as ineligible for a refund per our Terms of Use due to no cancellation being requested within the 7-Day free trial period and the download activity within the active billing cycle, following the initial charge. 

  We would normally be open to offering a courtesy refund if there was no activity following the initial charge, but as our services were utilized during the active billing cycle outside of the free trial period, we have to abide by our Terms of Use. The terms of the Monthly Subscription Plan and 7-Day Free Trial are in our ToS, reiterated at the time of initial download, and an email confirmation is sent with the terms and duration of the trial once the subscription is activated. We provide instructions on how to cancel in our FAQs on our website, and provide a link with instructions on how to cancel in our activation confirmation email.
