    I went on to the site and reviewed forms. They had some of the forms I needed and if I would have needed other forms, they were there also. They gave me 7 days to look at what they had and I only needed the one form I was after. I appreciated the fact, I could unsubscribe at no cost. Thanks for being there.

    I am quite pleased with the quality of support I received both from the initial agent who answered my call and explained that the matter would need the attention of a manager and the prompt return response from the manager ***. *** reviewed my situation and resolved the issue to my satisfaction in a prompt and professional manner. He indicated and then demonstrated that my long term membership to eForms was important to the company. I can't recall a more efficient customer service experience nor one were I felt more valued as a customer. And it was all handled by a simple yet personal email.     I believe this is the best software for small business to use when needing to customize a contract on the spot! I'm a small business in the beginning stages of development and needed to cancel the subscription for a short time. Eforms was able to accommodate my subscription and allow me to cancel now and resume when needed. As my business grows I will utilize Eforms regularly.     I love EForms, I have used EForms to create a free Texas residential real estate contract. Yes, you have to register for a free 7-day trial but it is easy and fast to cancel within those 7 days. I sent an email to customer service and received a response within minute. My order was cancelled at the same time, and I was never billed. EForms is easy to use, and they actually believe in good customer service.
