    Hello,My name is ***************************. My father passed away on April 23, 2022 in ******** *******. My father retired from **************************, Insurance *********** in ******* in 2020. Sagicor handled his pension payments.As part of his death benefits, pension payments would be made to his beneficiaries for a number of years. I am one of the beneficiaries. In August of 2022, my sister and I, as beneficiaries, submitted the requisite application forms to receive our portions of the pension benefits. It's been 2 months and I have been told that there is a "particular issue" with one of their departments at Sagicor and that's the reason my sister and I haven't been paid. We have received no other communication from Sagicor.The other complaint with Sagicor is that they used an incorrect hire date of **** to calculate years of service and my father's pension. My father started working at FFK in ****. My father's employer admitted in an email recently that indeed the hire date should be ****.Sagicor has not recalculated the pension or even communicated to the beneficiaries regarding the gross inaccuracies.Please help.

    To Whom It May ******************* complaint is for Sagicor *******, which is a different entity, and Sagicor Life Insurance Company (***) does not handle complaints for Sagicor *******. I have sent the complaint information to Sagicor ******* for them to reach out to the customer.
